❖ Objectives:

• The main Objective of our project are that we should know about the
life of people who are drug addicts. And the difference between the
everyday life and the life of those addict people.
• The Second Objective was to find the reason that why most of the
people are involving in such activities what are the key reasons? And
what are the root cause that push a man to do go toward drugs.
• The Third Objective was to spread awareness among that people and
push them toward normal life and encourage them and to give them
hope that life was very beautiful.
• The last Objectives was to give them a proper direction and give them a
hope that life is full of opportunities don’t be hopeless and seek some
technical skills and make your life beautiful once again.
• The Objective related to spending time with Fatimid foundation is to
help the patient and know about him.

❖ Impact Assessment;

• Yes, The project at da Haq Awaz Center meet its objectives because
at the last day we receive a very positive response from the patients
of da Haq Awaz Center. They show us a sense of oneness and they
said that “You give us time, that’s what most precious to us”.
• The SDG’s which are targeting by out project are:
1. Good Health and Well-being.
• it relates with our project at da Haq post rehab center
where the main theme is to give the patient a healthy
life style and to make them realize the effects of drugs
on their body.
2. Quality Education.
• it relates with our project at Fatimid foundation
because the doctor tells us that many of the people are
unaware about the thalassemia disease.

❖ Progress Against Timline:


The Initial timeline was proposed for the project activities was from 13
sept-2024 to 18- October- 2024 a total of 24 hours but due to sessional -I
exams we are unable to go and do an activity so we are one week late all
group and last week I go to home so I was two weeks late from the initial
timeline.
Challenges:
The main issue is the transport the Rehab center is far away from our
university and we use BRT for transport which take a lot of time mostly
one hour which affect our original project timeline.

The Second issue is I was not familiar with that type of people who live in
rehab center so it’s quite difficult for me to give them a proper
understanding of the message what I am trying to convey to them.

Thirdly is we are facing a different mindset of people who lost hope of their
lives, so there are some insecurities about them.

The main issue which I faced in the Fatimid foundation is that we


don’t have any technical knowledge about their field, at first we are
unable to find that how we can contribute our efforts with them but
then we spent time with the patients and play with them give them a hope.
Lesson Learned:
o It’s a great experience for me to work such deep in a society and
contribute to the society with my time, my efforts.
o I Have learned so many things in Da Haq Awaz Post Rehab Center,
i.e. Finding the difference of life before and after Drugs, finding that
how mindset of people changes after drugs addiction and how
society treat them and what are the key reasons and root causes
which push a man to be a drug addict.
o My Future plan to stay engaged in civic activities is starting from my
village Insha’Allah. From spreading awareness to make them
hopeful for a better life I will try my hard best.
o Our group worked very will the strength was that some among us
are so familiar with that type of activities which helps us with
understanding such types of activities.
Recommendation for Future Project:
o Create community ambassadors:
Identify key members within local communities (e.g., teachers,
religious leaders, youth influencers) who can take on the
responsibility of spreading awareness about the dangers of
narcotics and the initiatives of the ANF.
o Empower local NGOs or volunteer groups:
Partner with local organizations and groups to help continue the
education, advocacy, and rehabilitation programs initiated during
the project. These groups can be trained and provided with
resources to carry on the mission.
Improvement Suggestions: Recommendations for Future Projects
1. Improved Community Engagement & Outreach:
o Diversified target audience: Ensure that future projects expand
their focus to include different demographics such as youth,
adults, parents, and local business owners, as each group may
need tailored messaging. For example, parents can be educated
about warning signs of drug abuse in children, while businesses
can be educated about the impact of drug-related crime on their
communities.
o Culturally relevant strategies: Make sure that community
engagement strategies are culturally sensitive. For example,
understanding the local customs, language, and specific concerns
related to drug abuse in certain areas can help create more
relevant and impactful messaging.
Civic Engagement and Community Service is very important by involving
In such activities we actually know about the things which badly effect our
society and these Activities make us capable of Creating awareness about
those bad evils of community.
