1. Maximise 𝑍 = 10𝑥1 + 13𝑥2 + 19𝑥3
Subject to: 6𝑥1 + 5𝑥2 + 3𝑥3 ≤ 26, 4𝑥1 + 2𝑥2 + 5𝑥3 ≤ 7,
𝑥1 , 𝑥2 , 𝑥3 ≥ 0.

2. Maximise 𝑍 = 2𝑥1 + 4𝑥2 + 3𝑥3

Subject to: 3𝑥1 + 4𝑥2 + 𝑥3 ≥ 11, −2𝑥1 −3𝑥2 + 2𝑥3 ≤ −7,
𝑥1 − 2𝑥2 − 3𝑥3 ≤ −1.
3𝑥1 + 2𝑥2 + 2𝑥3 ≥ 5, 𝑥1 , 𝑥2 , 𝑥3 ≥ 0.

3. Maximise 𝑍 = 8𝑥2

4. Maximise 𝑍 = 5𝑥1 − 2𝑥2 + 3𝑥3

Subject to: 2𝑥1 + 2𝑥2 − 𝑥3 ≥ 12, 3𝑥1 −4𝑥2 ≤ 3,
𝑥2 + 3𝑥3 ≤ 5, 𝑥1 , 𝑥2 , 𝑥3 ≥ 0.

5. Maximise 𝑍 = 𝑥1 + 2𝑥2 + 3𝑥3 − 𝑥4

Subject to: 𝑥1 + 2𝑥2 + 3𝑥3 = 15, 2𝑥1 +𝑥2 + 5𝑥3 = 20,
𝑥1 + 𝑥2 + 𝑥3 + 𝑥4 = 10, 𝑥1 , 𝑥2 , 𝑥3 , 𝑥4 ≥ 0.
