Introduction
Introduction
Firstly, she had a job in a company. She worked as a secretary in a large company, and hardly ever
rested. She didn’t see her children much, which led her to the decision to leave work. She saw the
opportunity to create a business. She thought it was an opportunity to be with her sons and create
her own work schedule because in her previous job, she didn’t have time to hang out with her
family. This situation pushed her to create a business.
In 2020, she started selling products, and her business was called "Lácteos San Peter." She sold
products in the neighbourhood, and even though we were in a pandemic, she managed to sell a
lot. Later, when the pandemic ended, she started selling even more, and that’s when she
discovered the San Pedro market, called "Mercado Pululo." She began selling through there, and
little by little, her business grew—not only selling cheese but also other products.
Over the span of two years, she started selling many things. She sold hair care products for
women, including hair straightening treatments. In fact, she tested several of the products on me
to make sure they really worked. She also sold skincare products and many other items. Over the
years, her sales have kept increasing. She earns a good income and can set her own schedule,
which is very convenient for her life.
Conclusion
Despite all the challenges she faced to get where she is today, she was resilient and persistent.
Even though her previous job caused her a lot of stress and left her with little time for her children,
she decided to leave it all behind and take the risk of starting her own business to have more time
for them. I learned many things from her that helped me start my own small business.
