- Describe the reality of your research problem in your country/region (5
sentences).
- Research aims (2-3 sentences): From the reality above, what would you like
to find out/solve and why?.
- Research methodology: qualitative (tool), quantitative (tool)
 P4: Table of contents
 List of tables – List of figures/images (with page number of each)
B. Chapter 1: INTRODUCTION
1.1. Research background (4 paragraph – 1 page)
The background information – reality that let you choose this topic.
1.2. Research objectives (5-7-lines)
 Purpose of this research (5Ws-1H)
 Things to do to achieve the research’s goals.
1.3. Scope of the studies
 Time (from…..to……)
 Scope of places (…….juniors from major of Business
Admínistration and Business English).
 Scope of knowledge (which aspects that this thesis want to
focus?
1.4. Research questions (2-3 questions)
Answer these questions to find out the solutions

C. Chapter 2: Literature Review


 Review all the available scientific papers (PDF files) about all aspects related
to the research problems (prioritize the papers published from 2019 to 2024).
– (at least four subheadings with 3-4 branches/subheadings) and make a brief
description of 4 papers that have the same topic for the part of Previous
studies).
 Use Mendeley to save all the papers and make the citations and references.
 Edit the detailed information of each paper on Mendeley if needed (author’s
name, year, abstract, journal, link).
D. Chapter 3: Methodology
 Description of the subjects
(How many students, information, divided into ? groups, methods for
each group).
 Materials: ? questionnaires, ? questions/each; interview with ? numbers
of questions, how many participants, who are they?
 Procedure: Booking appointments, questionnaire, interview, data
analysis.
 Data collection
