HackWithInfy 2025 - Complete Details

Introduction
HackWithInfy is a prestigious coding competition organized by Infosys to identify and
recruit top programming talent across India. The selection process is designed to assess
participants' coding abilities, problem-solving skills, and teamwork through multiple stages.

Selection Process

1. Round 1: Online Coding Challenge

• Format: Participants face three coding problems of varying difficulty levels, to be solved
within a 3-hour window.

• Objective: Evaluate individual coding proficiency and problem-solving capabilities.

• Evaluation Criteria: Selection for the next round is based on the number of problems
solved and the efficiency of the solutions. Typically, solving at least one problem increases
the chances of advancing.

2. Round 2: Grand Finale (48-Hour Hackathon)

• Format: The top 100 participants from Round 1 are invited to a 48-hour team-based
hackathon. Teams are formed by Infosys, and participants collaborate to develop innovative
solutions to complex problems.

• Objective: Assess teamwork, innovation, and the ability to deliver under time constraints.

• Evaluation Criteria: Submissions are judged based on creativity, technical complexity, and
practicality.

3. Interview Round
• Format: Participants who perform exceptionally well in the previous rounds are
shortlisted for interviews.

• Objective: Assess technical knowledge, problem-solving approach, and cultural fit.

• Structure: Typically consists of two rounds:

- Technical Interview: Focuses on data structures, algorithms, programming concepts, and

domain-specific knowledge.

- HR Interview: Evaluates communication skills, teamwork, and alignment with Infosys

values.
