Responsiblities

Product Development and Leadership

Research and Development: Conduct research on emerging technologies and


industry trends.
Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, proposing
solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process optimization and efficiency
enhancement.

Collaboration and Communication

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, manufacturing, and


quality teams.
Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to both
technical and non-technical audiences.

External Relations and Partnerships

Hardware/firmware Integration: Collaborate on integrating hardware


components with software systems.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise technical
documentation.
Circuit Design and Analysis: Assist in designing and analyzing electronic
circuits, contributing to schematic creation and PCB layout.
Requirements

Education and Experience


Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical
engineering or a related field.

Programming Proficiency
Solid understanding of electronic circuit design, analog and digital
systems, and embedded systems.
Proficiency in using industry-standard design and analysis tools such as
PCB design software, and simulation tools.

System Understanding
Knowledge of microcontrollers, programmable logic devices, and
communication protocols.
Familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes, including
component selection, soldering, assembly, and testing.

Ideal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
collaborate effectively within a team.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and
accuracy.
Self-motivated and eager to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet
deadlines.
