I WISH / IF ONLY

There are four types of I wish / if only sentences

1.Wish + past simple Want change present - future


2.Wish + past perfect (had+ pp) Express regret past - use of English!!!
3.Wish + sub + could Express ability you would like to have

Your class has attended a lecture on what governments could do to minimise the
impact of CO2 in big cities. You have made some notes below.
