1. Web Control Panel


1.1 Overview
Web Control Panel of JioODU provides different setting options mainly categorized into five major
settings.
- Status: Refer to section 1.2 Category Status

1.2 Category Status


Status menu contains four pages, each containing different set of status result of the router device.

- Network Status: Refer to section 1.2.1 Network.


- Local Area Network Status: Refer to section 1.2.2 Local Area Network
- ODU Device Status: Refer to section 1.2.3 ODU Device
- Utilization Status: Refer to section 1.2.4 Utilization.

1.2.1 Network
Select [Status] → [Network] from web control panel to see network status.

- Device Connection Status


o Connection Status: Connection status of the device
▪ Attached: RRC status is in connection mode
▪ Detached: RRC status is not in connection mode
▪ No SIM: No SIM card is inserted, or CPE SIM slot is not checked yet.
▪ PIN Lock: SIM card is inserted, but not verified.
▪ PIN Block: SIM card is present but blocked.
▪ Roaming
o Connection Duration: Device serving time.
o Host Name: Host name of the device

- Device Data Status: Data transfer status


o Uplink Data (Data Sent)
o Downlink Data (Data Received)
o Packet Loss

- IPv4 Network Status: Current IPv4 status of PDN connection

o Operating Mode: Radio access technology of serving (primary) cell.

o Bandwidth: Active bandwidth of serving (primary) cell (unit: MHz)
o NR-ARFCN / EARFCN: Active uplink / downlink radio channel of serving
(primary)

o Physical Cell ID: Physical cell identity of serving (primary) cell.
o PLMN: PLMN ID of the registered home network
o Default APN: Default APN name “jionet”
o User APN(s): User APN(s), Max: 2
o Global Cell ID: Cell identifies of serving (primary) cell.
o ECGI: PLMN ID and Cell ID
o RSRP*: Reference signal received power of serving (primary) cell (unit: dBm).

1.3.1 Cellular Settings


Select [Settings] → [Cellular] from web control panel to check and to configure cellular
settings.

- APNs List: Displays the list of system and user APNs with below details. User can add up
to 2 User APNs. User can perform edit or delete only on User APNs.

- Default APN Settings


o APN Network: Automatic or Manual
o APN Name: (disabled for automatic)
Connection Type: IPv4 or IPv6 or IPv4 & IPv6 (disabled for automatic)

o Operation Mode: SA or NSA (disabled for full scan)
o Band(s): (disabled for full scan)

- PIN Management
o PIN Status: Enable or Disable
o PIN: Required to provide SIM PIN to set the PIN status. Modified PIN status will
take effect on next device reboot and PIN is required to verified on every
reboot when enabled.

1.3.2 eSIM Settings


Select [Settings] → [eSIM] from web control panel for configuring eSIM settings.

This section is under development.

1.3.3 LAN IPv4 Settings


Select [Settings] → [LAN IPv4] from web control panel to check and to configure LAN IPv4
settings.

- Operation Mode: Changes to this section requires a reboot to the device and that
happens automatically when changes are saved.
o Operation Mode: Router or Bridge
o MAC address: Auto or Enter MAC Address (disabled for Router)
o Enter MAC address: (disabled for Auto)

- Internet Protocol
o Host Name
o Host IP Address Type: Class A or Class B or Class C
o Host IP Address: This should be in the range of Host IP Address Type selected.
o Host Subnet Mask: This should be in the range of Host IP Address selected.
o MTU: Ranges from 1280 to 1500
o DHCP Server: Enable/ Disable
o Starting IP Address

- IPSec Rules List: This section displays the list of IPSec rules. User can perform actions

settings. User can add up to one IPSec Rule.

1.4.3 IP Address Filter


Select [Administration] → [IP Address Filter] from web control panel to navigate to IP Address
Filter Page. This screen is available only if the device is in ROUTER mode.

- IP Address Filtering
o Filtering Status: Enable or Disable
o Filtering Mode: Allow or Deny

- IP Address Filtering List: This section displays the list of IP addresses listed in Allow or
Deny mode when filter status is enabled. User can add up to 5 entries of each mode.

2.1 Introduction
JioODU Web GUI provides a user interface to access a router device detail and configure the
settings.

2.2 Getting Started


2.2.1 Access Web GUI with IP Address / URL
1. Set the static IP address to https://192.168.225.x in laptop.
2. Enter the IP address [https://192.168.255.1] or URL [https://jioodu.local.html] on the
web browser to access JioODU web GUI login page.

3. Enter username and password and click on [LOGIN] to authenticate user.

2.2.2 First Time Login


1. On first time login, web GUI will redirect user to update password page.

2. Enter old password, new password and confirm password.


3. New password should meet the password complexity criteria.
