Speed display in rpm is not The trim pot board for the rpm gauge is not

Plug the unit in SHKA2000: LT1410X4, 120V
Look on unit's spec tag for voltage and Hertz SHKA2000-1CE: LT1410X5, 240V
Ohm fuse for continuity/ Replace if fuse is open
Adjust the minimum trim pot on speed control (refer to speed calibration
procedure in MaxQ 2000 folder)
Adjust trim pot (located at the back of the shaker) to proper rpm setting
with the use of a hand held tachometer

Make sure all four thumbscrews are tightened to avoid contact with lid
Adjust the minimum trim pot on speed control (refer to speed calibration
procedure in MaxQ 4450 folder)
Adjust trim pot (located at the back of the shaker) to proper rpm setting
with the use of a hand held tachometer
Press the I/0 switch on the control panel to the right of the temperature
controller
Press (*) and hold this key to display the current temperature setpoint
Verify connection of RTD to controller and if properly connected
replace.
If high limit temperature lamp is lit, increase high limit thermostat control
by turning fully clockwise. (reference instruction manual for procedure)
If high limit temperature lamp does not go off, replace high limit
thermostat.
If heater is open replace. If over temperature protection device (see
procedure for setting OTP device in instruction manual) is open attempt
to reset, if it does not reset replace

AC voltage at terminals 1 and 2 on defrost timer. If no voltage present,
replace tranformer. If voltage is present, replace defrost timer.
If compressor does not turn on check lights on defrost timer. If defrost
light is lit, shaker is in defrost cycle wait for completion of defrost cycle.
If the on light of the defrost timer is lit, compressor should be running.
Verify continuity through low pressure switch. If no continuity
refrigeration tech may need to be sent for service. Possible refrigerant
leak.
Verify continuity through high pressure switch. If no continuity check
the condenser fan to make sure it is operational and the condensor coil
to make sure it is not plugged and free of debris
Verify AC line voltage to coil of the compressor relay. If AC voltage is
present and relay is not energized replace compressor relay.
If all above does not solve problem, replace compressor (Call for
refrigeration tech)

With unit powered, verify AC present indicator led on AC control board.
If no led illuminated, check wiring between AC control board and inlet
AC power source.
When heating turned on, verify ??heating?? indicator led on AC control
board is illuminated. If illuminated, verify AC output between
connectors J? and J?. If no voltage present check heater for
continunity. If heater has continuity, replace AC control board.
Disconnect unit power, check heater continuity, If heater is open
replace.
Verify power button is turned on and "light" button has been pressed.
Remove and verify lamp operation in standard lamp outlet
When "Light" button turned on, verify ??lamp?? indicator led on AC
control board is illuminated (visually check led while pressing "Light"
button). If illuminated, check lamp. If illuminated and lamp has been
verified, check harness. If all verified, replace AC control board.
Verify power button is turned on and "Outlet" button has been pressed.
Verify GFCI on side of unit is not tripped
When "Outlet" button turned on, verify ??Outlet?? indicator led on AC
control board is illuminated (visually check led while pressing "Outlet"
button). If illuminated, verify AC output between connectors J? and J?.
If all verified, replace AC control board.

Verify power button is turned on and "light" button has been pressed.
