Assignment:

“intruders” is a software house and recently they have planned to upgrade all their major
operations by introducing artificial intelligence (AI). In order to successfully implement this
transition, its HR management has modified its PMS to align its workforce with it. According
to newly designed PMS employees will only be evaluated on meeting deadlines. There is no
need to mention whether AI is used or not while completing projects within due time.
Moreover, all employees working in this software house will be graded for using chatbots.
HR manager will analyze and evaluate the interest of employees in learning AI for
completing their projects.

In one of your course lessons characteristics of Ideal PMS are discussed. Read the given case
carefully and fill in the given table:

2. FORMATTING GUIDELINES:

3. REFERENCING GUIDELINES:

4. RULES FOR MARKING:
Please note that your assignment will be graded as Zero (0), if:
• It is submitted after the due date.
• The file you uploaded is corrupt.
• It is in any format other than MS-Word or Open Office; e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, PDF etc.
• It is cheated or copied from other students, internet, books, journals etc.

IMPORTANT
24 hours extra/ grace period after the due date is usually available to overcome uploading
difficulties. This extra time should only be used to meet the emergencies and above mentioned
due dates should always be treated as final to avoid any inconvenience.
