Where

 Determine where you would like to apply


o Meet with college representatives on campus
o Attend virtual or in person open-houses
 Consider what schools will be the best fit
o Ensure they have the right majors/minors you are pursuing
o Find a school with an environment that matches your needs
o Determine if the school is cost-effective (considering financial aid and scholarships)

 Plan ahead
o Write personal statements, if required or recommended
o Gather letters of recommendation, if required or encouraged
 Know deadlines
o Applying to start in the fall
 Application process opens beginning of the spring semester
 Apply end of January or beginning of February
