1. LOGIN & PERSONAL INFORMATION

A. Input the user name and password on the login page to login.

When the system is initialized, the super administrator account is preset.

username: admin

password: 111111

B. After login, personal information and password can be modified.

2. DEVICE

A. Device list: After the device is installed and successfully connected to the Internet, the system will display

the device in the " UNGROUPED " on the left.

Users can put devices into groups that have been created.

B. SEARCH: According to the device ID, name and other information, search for qualified devices and display

them on the page.

C. REMOVE FROM GROUP: Remove the selected equipment from the specified group, and the removed

equipment will be classified as "UNGROUPED".

D. BATCH SETTING PROPERTIES: You can batch set the properties of the selected devices.

E. CONTROL PANEL: You can send commands such as "shut down" and "restart" to the device, which are

related to the product to which the device belongs.

F. ADD TO GROUP: Add the selected device to the specified group.

When you select "UNGROUPED", you can see the buttons of "ADD TO GROUP" and "CLEAR

UNGROUPED".

At the same time, some buttons will be hidden.

G. CLEAR UNGROUPED: Delete ungrouped devices in the system at one time. The button is only visible to

admin.

H. BASIC INFO: Displays the basic information of the device and can be modified.

I. PROPERTIES: Display device properties, which is related to the product to which the device belongs.

J. VIEW LOG: For devices with log function, the system can synchronize device logs and support download.

After clicking the sync button, you need to click the refresh button again to view the latest status.

support download

3. ADDRESS

A. Address list:

B. SEARCH: Search related data according to specified conditions and display on the page.

C. ADD: enter the new address data and save it in the system.

D. ADD TO GROUP: Add the selected device to the specified group.

E. EDIT: Modify the specified data.

F. DELETE: Delete the specified data.

The address data used by the device cannot be deleted.

Data with lower-level addresses cannot be deleted.

4. RESOURCES

A. Resource list: Display various resources within the authority of this account, including firmware, audio and

video files, interface files, face data, fingerprint data, firmware, etc.

B. SEARCH: Search related data according to specified conditions and display on the page.

C. IMPORT: Import resource files into the system.

(1) When import the zip-file which contains description file (desc.json) and resource data file, the

description file will be parsed and this resource data file will be imported into the system as

required. for example:

The resource description file has specific format requirements (The file is usually provided by the

manufacturer), for example:

(2) If there is no description file or a file other than zip format is imported, the system will pop up a

selection page for users to choose:

E. PUBLISH: Publish the resource file to the device, click to display the device list, select the device and click

publish.

F. EDIT REMARK: After clicking, an input box will pop up, and the user can enter remarks.

G. DELETE: Delete existing resource files.

5. PRODUCT_MANAGE

A. Product list:

B. SEARCH: Search related data according to specified conditions and display on the page.

C. IMPORT PRODUCT: Import the device profile into the system, the device profile has a specific format(Usually

provided by the manufacturer), for example:

If you import products of the same model type, the new data will overwrite the old data.

D. IMPORT FIRMWARE: Firmware is a kind of software running in device; the import method is similar to

resource file.

E. VIEW PROPERTY: View the attributes, resources, firmware and other information supported by the

product.

F. DELETE: Delete the existing product data. If there is a device belonging to the product in the system, the

product will not be allowed to be deleted.

G. FIRMWARE LIST: Displays the firmware list that can be used for the product in the system.

H. PUBLISH: Publish firmware to the device.

I. EDIT REMARK: After clicking, an input box will pop up, and the user can enter remarks.

J. DELETE: Delete firmware data.

6. USER_MANAGE

A. User list: Displays the list of user visible within the scope of the logged-in user's authority.

B. SEARCH: Search related data according to specified conditions and display on the page.

C. ADD: Add new user account.

D. EDIT: Edit the specified data.

E. DELETE: Delete the specified data.

F. RESET PASSWORD: Click this button to pop up the input box, the default value is 111111, the

administrator can also change it to other passwords.

G. OPERATE RECORD: The administrator can view the user's operation record, including specific operation

content and affected equipment.

H. ACTIVATE/DISABLED: Account can be frozen or activated.

I. GROUP ADMIN/USER: Set the identity of the specified account as a group administrator or ordinary user

(each group can only have one administrator).

7. GROUP

A. Group list: Group data such as personnel, equipment, and address into different groups, establish a

complex relationship between superiors and subordinates, and support data permission control.

B. SEARCH: Search related data according to specified conditions and display on the page.

C. ADD: Add new group data.

D. ADD SUBGROUP: Use the specified group as the parent group to create new sub-group data.

E. EDIT: Edit the specified group data.

F. DELETE: Delete the specified packet data.

8. PERSONAL_CENTER - DEVICE_PUB

A. Issued commands: Display the instruction data of the user account that has been issued to the device.

B. SEARCH: Search related data according to specified conditions and display on the page.

C. VIEW DETAIL:

(1) Provide downloading of resources/firmware files in case of releasing firmware or resources.

(2) When setting the device properties, you can view the details on the pop-up page, such as:

D. PUBLISHED DEVICE LIST: The list of devices that receive the command.

9. PERSONAL_CENTER - OPERATION_LOGS

A. Log list: Admin can view the running log of the system, including the problems of the system itself, and

user actions.

B. SEARCH: Search related data according to specified conditions and display on the page.

C. CLEAR LOG: Clear all log data.

D. VIEW DETAIL: View detailed information of log records.

10. PERSONAL_CENTER – ONLINE_USER

A. Online user list: Displays the information of users who log in to the system through a web page or log in

to the system through a third-party program.

This feature is only available for admin.

11. USING CLOUD SERVER THE FIRST TIME

A. When you use a new service program for the first time, you need to create groups in group management

in “GROUP” page.

B. Generate user account in “USER_MANAGE” page for the group.

C. Import all the device profile to cloud server in “PRODUCT_MANAGE” page.

D. Set up the server address in the device as the address of the cloud server, and set the unique specific ID or

installation ID of the device.

E. Connect the device to the server network, you will see the corresponding device in the “UNGROUPED”

table on the “DEVICE” page of the server

F. Add the device from the “UNGROUPED” table to previously established group.

G. Please repeat step c) ~ g) to add different types of devices to group

H. After the device added to the group, the parameter adjustment and other control operations could be

executed.

12. ATTENTION:

A. network configuration:

a) Static IP address is recommended to set for the whole network.

b) The Server must set IP address as static.

B. device network configuration:

a) Static IP address is recommended to set for each device in the whole network.

b) A unique device ID or Identification code must be set to each device.

C. Firmware Update

a) The firmware files used to update of the device through this server must be provided by manufacturer

and imported into the system directly, not allow be edited or modified.

b) The device firmware version can’t support downgraded operation.

D. Resource update

a) The theme package must be generated by special tools or provided by manufacturer.

b) Image file format: JPG, PNG, BMP, aspect ratio: 4:3; it is recommended that each image file should be

no more than 1MB,

c) The video format requirements are as follows: h264, bit rate no more than 2400kb / s, resolution no

more than 720p, video width to height ratio of 4:3 ,and the video file should be no more than 500MB,

d) The total amount of all resource files used by a single device is no more than 2GB

E. BATCH SETTING and CONTROL PANEL

Only the same type of equipment can perform batch parameter adjustment. Before this operation, you

need to select all the devices you want to adjust in the device list. However, the control panel could

control all devices that supporting this type information at the one operation.
