After doing your classroom routines and formulating your procedures, state what you noticed by
answering the following questions:
How did you feel after employing your classroom routines and establishing your
procedures in the classroom / remote learning?
I felt satisfied because I knew I handled it well, although some students were
hardheaded they were still manageable.
How did your students respond to your classroom routines and procedures?
They follow my classroom routines and procedures since I also set some classroom
rules for them to follow. I also implemented a routine that was catchy to the students.
What was the feedback of your Resource Teacher on your classroom routines and
procedures?
When I did my teaching demonstration, the resource teacher told me I had a job well
done.
What was the feedback of your Resource Teacher on your classroom routines and
procedures?
My Resource Teacher told me that I should maintain my strong personality to manage
the class effectively.
Analyze
1. What factors/conditions prompted you to establish those classroom routines and
procedures?
I set up classroom routines because of the student's behavior and the number of
students in the class. When students talk too much and don’t listen, it makes teaching
hard. With clear routines, students know what to do and how to behave. This helps me
manage the class better and keeps everyone on track.
Reflect
What insights have you gained while doing this learning episode?
Establishing classroom routines and procedures has been a valuable experience. At
first, I wasn’t sure how they would work, but I quickly saw their benefits. Having clear routines
helped students know what to expect, which made them feel more secure. As a result, they
listened better and participated more during lessons. I noticed that classroom management
improved, and there were fewer disruptions.
OBSERVE
1. The problems / challenges I encountered in establishing my classroom routines
included students talking while others were speaking, a lack of cooperation, and noisy
behavior. These issues made it difficult for everyone to focus and learn effectively. It was
frustrating to see some students not following the rules, which disrupted the flow of the
class. I realized that addressing these behaviors was essential for creating a positive
learning environment.
REFLECT
2. I hope to achieve to address these problems and challenges by creating a
classroom culture where respect and cooperation are priorities. I will set clear
expectations for behavior and consistently reinforce them. My goal is to encourage
students to listen when others are speaking and to work together as a team.
PLAN
3. Some strategies/ways which I can employ to improve my classroom routines are
to employ classroom routines include using signals to get students' attention,
implementing pair or group activities to promote cooperation, and establishing a reward
system for good behavior.
ACT
4. (Based on my answers in nos. 1-3), the possible title of my action research on
this episode is "Enhancing Classroom Cooperation and Listening Skills Through
Effective Routines.”
To further enrich my knowledge on establishing classroom routines and procedures, whether in
the classroom or in remote learning, these are some of the online resources that will help me in
these activities (include books, websites, youtube videos, and the like and share these to your
peers.)

Work on my Artifacts
Take some snapshots of your routines in the classroom or in remote learning and tell something
about them. You may also write down the procedures you have formulated and explain the
reasons for these.
In the photos, I was helping the teacher with the students' task. My purpose in the
classroom is to keep students from talking and cheating. Some pictures were shot
during my teaching demonstration, which I gave them group activity. I also let
them read the classroom rules I had set for them to be guided.
