EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
(The internship report shall have only a one-page Executive summary.It

description of the sector of business and intern organisation and summary
of all the activities done by the intern during the period.)

One of the most important the most important thing I gain from internship is new found
knowledge.This can also include knowing how to fulfil tasks that are relevant to my desired
career path and sharpening the skills that I already passes.I learned how to introduce myself,talk
about my interests, knowledge and skills with colleagues as well as how to ask questions and
gain a better understanding in Information Technology not only in the co-working place,but
also others in the company.

A.INTRODUCTION OF THE ORGANISATION:

SUN SQUARE TECHNOLOGIES PVT.LTD is a branded Software Training


and Development Organization in the Nellore. It have carved out a niche of its own in IT
field and gained a place in the hearts of all walks of life.

SUN SQUARE have now focused on RETAIL, IT&ES BANKING, FINANCE,


TELECOM and ELECTRONIC Sector courses. It provide skill training in
RETAIL,IT&ES, BANKING, FINANCE, TELECOM AND ELECTRONIC Sector
courses apart from IT applications clearly indicates the importance of these sectors inthe
present market as far as employability is concerned.

The formula behind SUN SQUARE’s success in this competitive world is its qualitative
education with constructive thinking and positive steps in order to accommodate more
students who come with a lot of expectations. It maintains Total Quality Management

Working conditions and work environments have a significant impact on employee


productivity and on the eventual success of a business.The company where I had worked has a
positive working environment that has a calm atmosphere that leads to greater productivity when
Iam able to work with minimal distractions and accomplish more of many daily responsibilities

WEEKLY WORK SCHEDULE IN THE INTERN ORGANISATION:

A full-time work schedule often requires completing 37-40 hrs per week.Full-time schedule
depends on the every week for employee.The working hrs in Sun Square Technologies pvt.ltd are
very flexible from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM from Monday to Saturday.

EQUIPMENT USED IN THE INTERN ORGANISATION:

The nature and type of technology office equipment needed by sun square technologies have
changed over the last several years.Here are the same of the equipment I had used during my
internship which are internet modern, A router,A network switch desktops and notebook
computers,headsets,servers and multi function printers etc.

I worked as an intern in sun square technologies pvt.ltd I observed that

Work environment I have experienced:

A positive working environment has a calm atmosphere that leads to greater productivity.When
iam able to work with minimal distractions,Iam more likely to stay on task and accomplish
more of my daily responsibilites.It also means I’m able to work in a stress free sitting to perform
physical well-being.

People interactions:

The staff and employess in SST are so interactive and so supportive.They are all very
friendly.They used to guide us and support us at different works.They gave complete
information that we are needed.They used to correct our mistakes and help us to gain good
practical knowledge.

Facilities available:

There is a good classroom for meetings with good ventilation,A moniter,computers to


explain,ac,lights and fans etc.The overall infrastructure and facilities of the company is good.

Maintenance:

Maintenance,otherwise known as technical maintenance refers to set a process and


practices which aim to ensure the continuous and efficient opertion of machinery, equipment
and other types of assets typically used in business
Clarity of job roles:

Role clarity is the degree to which employees have a clear understanding of their
tasks,responsibilities and processes at work.clarity is essential precursor of productivity and a lack
there of can cause stress and confusion.clarity of job role enhances employee and team
performance.It helps in measuring the performances of the employee which improves job
satisfaction and productive work culture.

Protocols:

A protocol is a standard set of rules that allow staff to communicate with each other.Business
protocol is an extreamly important asspect of the formation of relationship within a company and
between companies.

Processes:

Skill development encompasses several virtual attributes including identifying one’s skill gaps and
enabling one to develop those skills to achieve their goal.

Discipline:

As an intern ,I also learnt that self-discipline is very important to attain anything more so concerning
business for example proper dressing,self-control made all other officers that am ready for
procurement tasks in the ministry.

Time management:

Improving my own personal time management process has come from dealing with my personal
and natural tendency to procrastinate,they heavy workload of college and being a project
management of intern.Below I outlined the approach to the planning phase of managing my time.

Harmonious Relationships:

A good and harmonious working environment is one where all workers are treated with dignity and
respect and where no workers is subjected to harassment by conduct that is religious belief or
political opinion.Strength the workplace relationship by setting clear extraction.
Socialization:

The learning that takes place during internship involves occupation socialization,which is driven by
an internship locus of control and his or her motivation yo engage in the socialization process not
only by the sponsoring organisation.

Mutual Support:

Mutual support is the provision of the task assistance,social support and feedback to one or more
terms members ,as need as ,in other words,mutual support is back up behaviour that benefits the
individuals,thereby,the greater good of the terms.

Teamwork:

Teamwork is very important because it enables your team to share ideas and responsibilities which
helps to reduce stress on everyone,allowing them to the meticulous and through when complaining
the tasks.

Motivation:

I am enthusiastic about supporting the work of SST and gaining the experience that this internship
provides in my Business Analyst .The workplace environment often has the biggest impact on how
motivated am at work.

Space and ventilation:

Research has shown that physical workspace has a huge impact and value on our organisation.It
helps to connect with employees to a sense of purpose and a sense of belonging.Ventilation is the
purpose of bringing in fresh air from outside and removing indoor air which may state, be hot and
humid because of work machinery and processes.

I also learnt that its most secure form of communication.

During this internship I have improved my written communication

ADVANTAGES:

 It is easier to carry out research work using social media.


 It creates more equality in today’s world.
 Social media can help people to find meaningful employment opportunities.

 Law enforcement can use social media to capture criminals.
