Victoria Chen
Chinese: Elementary, Intermediate, and Advanced

Hi! My name is Victoria (陈纾谊). I am a freshman and intend to major in

Business and Finance. Growing up in America, I lived in a bilingual
environment where both of my parents communicated through Chinese
and English. A significant factor to my journey in learning Chinese was
when I moved to China in the second grade. Because I only knew English
at the time, I had to repeat a year in China. Through this, I understand how
difficult it is to learn a new language. I hope to use my past methods in
studying Chinese to help students improve their skills in Chinese. Outside
of school, my interests lies in dance and fashion. Feel free to reach out to
me if you have any struggles in Chinese!

I know that foreigners often face problems with Chinese grammar and
pronunciation, which is completely normal. If you are encountering any issues
with studying Chinese, no matter writing, reading or understanding, I will do
my best to help you figure it out and improve your level of Chinese.
