Dear Candidate,
We hope you're doing good, and we're happy that you're interested in AdminDroid. Please read the entire
document to know all aspects of the interview and perform it well.

<Before you begin, ensure that you join the Discord server mentioned in the following section>
• You can take your time to submit the answers for the evaluation round. There is no need to submit them
immediately after registration. If a question requires more research for your role, you can take the
necessary time.
• For example, you can register now and review the questions. Later (not beyond the deadline), you can
use the same link to answer them at your convenience.
o Also, your progress will be saved even if you close the link. For instance, you can answer one
question now, close the link, and return later to continue. When you reopen the link, your
previous answers will still be there.
• Keep in mind that the deadline to submit your evaluation answers is February 15, 2025.
The evaluation round questions are connected to your upcoming rounds, so make sure you are well-prepared in
these areas to progress further!
Preliminary Round:
This round is similar to the evaluation round, but with time constraints! You must submit your answers within the
given time limit. Keep in mind that rejections will be there. Further information will be shared via the Discord
community.
Further Rounds:
Shortlisted candidates will proceed to additional online and offline rounds on the specified dates. A strong grasp
of the topics covered in previous rounds will increase your chances of success!
Whether you make it or not, it’s the experience that counts. Take the leap, register now, and give it

At AdminDroid, every role provides equal opportunities for growth. Instead of comparing with roles

o Candidates who do not submit their Evaluation answers within the specified time are disqualified.
o Ensure that the Evaluation answers are your own work, without any references, and free of plagiarism.
o If we find any malpractices in your results, you will be removed from the process and the college will be
notified. It might impact on our future interviews with your college.
Registration Guidelines
👉 Start by carefully reading the role-specific instructions. Each role has a unique registration link, which you’ll
find at the end of its respective instructions. Complete your registration and begin your assessment rounds
with confidence.
😎 There are no minimum CGPA criteria, and anybody can apply. Candidates with arrears are also welcome.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER
4.2 LPA to 5.6 LPA
As a Software Engineer at AdminDroid, you are responsible for exploring new technologies and implementing
innovative solutions in our products.
We look for good problem-solving skills and programming skills. At AdminDroid, you may have to learn different
languages to develop new functionalities in our product. Possessing a research attitude is a bonus and we
encourage it a lot!
All the interview rounds consist of C programming with basic syntax but good logic. Your initial rounds
will be validated in the face-to-face interviews as well.
If you need syntax-based help, you shall use internet help – Only for syntax and should not use
internet even for a minor logic.
• Windows laptop with the Chrome browser (not in Incognito mode) and preferably without AD-Blockers.
• The interview will be conducted using AdminDroid Interview Tool 1.0, a secure online test platform. It
actively monitors activities to prevent malpractices like copy-pasting, tab switching, AI usage, and screen
mirroring (duplicate windows and dual monitors). So, make sure to follow the guidelines and avoid any
such actions. Any detected malpractices will lead to immediate disqualification.
• You must create and use functions as much as possible to segregate the code wherever possible.
• You are allowed to use only the Stdio.h (scanf/printf) header file. Using functions such as string functions are
not accepted.
• No additional weightage for using structure, pointers, etc. Use them only if it would simplify the solution.
• We value the logic, if yours is a better logic, it will definitely boost your score. There is no correct logic for
anything, just efficient and robust.
• Open the given registration link in the chrome browser on your laptop.
• Sign up using your personal Gmail account.
• Fill in the required details in the form and click Submit. Now, you have successfully completed the
registration.
• After submission, you will be redirected to the evaluation questions page. You will be prompted for
camera access—be sure to allow it.
• Answering the Evaluation Question: You can see the evaluation question on the left-hand side and the
compiler on the right-hand side.
o Read the question carefully and start working on your part in the compiler.
o Some lines of code are greyed out and cannot be modified.
o We've provided a designated space for your logic function—write your code there.
o Once done, click the "Run" button above to compile your code. If your code compiles successfully
without any errors, proceed to run the test cases.
o Ensure all test cases pass. If any fail, refine your code and rerun the tests until all cases are
successfully passed.
• Once all test cases pass, click the "Submit" button to submit your code. You will be prompted to enter a
description. Describe the methods you used to solve this, and if you encountered any difficulties, share

them in the description. After entering the description, proceed to complete the submission.
Note: If needed, you can edit your code and resubmit it using the same link. However, make sure to provide a
clear reason for the resubmission in the description.

CONTENT ENGINEER
4.2 LPA
As a Content Engineer at AdminDroid, you are responsible for creating content, that includes website content,
white papers, blog posts, social media content and product/service descriptions.
We look for candidates with creative thinking, good writing skills and the ability to understand technologies. You
must produce creative content, which is easy and attractive to read, and must be suitable for a vast audience.
Your English writing without grammatical errors and technical understanding will be tested in all the
rounds. Be open to questions.
• Windows laptop with the Chrome browser (not in Incognito mode) and preferably without AD-Blockers.
Also, ensure steady internet connection.
• You may include your hand-drawn illustrations (Only the idea will be evaluated).
• Punctuate wherever necessary.
• Use upper-case and lower-case letters wisely and precisely.
• Think out of the box, not out of context.
• We’re all ears for any crazy idea you implement.
• Open the given registration link in the chrome browser on your laptop.
• Sign up using your personal Gmail account.
• Fill in the required details in the form and click Submit. Now, you have successfully completed the
registration.
• After submission, you will be redirected to the evaluation questions page. You will be prompted for
camera access—be sure to allow it.
• Answering the Evaluation Questions: You can see the evaluation questions on the left-hand side and the
text editor for answering them on the right-hand side. The evaluation consists of three sections, each
containing multiple questions.
o Read each question carefully and answer the question in the question’s order in the text editor.

4.2 LPA
As a support engineer at AdminDroid, you are responsible for helping our customers find solutions to their product-
related queries and assisting them in overcoming technical difficulties. You are also responsible for communicating
the customer issues/requirements with the dev team and promptly updating the customers. Support engineers
may need to work in day or night shifts based on requirements.
You must possess good communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot software applications and an
understanding of technologies.
Your technical understanding, English communication, and customer-assistance skills will be tested in
all the rounds.
• Windows laptop with the Chrome browser (not in Incognito mode) and preferably without AD-Blockers.
Also, ensure steady internet connection.
• Pen, pencil, and papers (to create little illustrations).
• Open the given registration link in the chrome browser on your laptop.
• Sign up using your personal Gmail account.
• Fill in the required details in the form and click Submit. Now, you have successfully completed the
registration.
• After submission, you will be redirected to the evaluation questions page. You will be prompted for
camera access—be sure to allow it.

4.2 LPA
As a front-end engineer at AdminDroid, you are responsible for designing user interfaces and website pages. You
are also responsible for converting UI mock-ups into HTML.
Understanding UX and design trends are key responsibilities. You must possess good knowledge in JS Fundamentals
(DataTypes, Functions, and Objects), JS HTML DOM (Events and Animations), and CSS. Knowing AJAX, JSON, jQuery,
React, and Ember is a plus. If you are interested in backend systems and languages, it will be an added advantage.
Your HTML, CSS & JS skills will be tested in all the rounds. Be open to facing

AUTOMATION ENGINEER 4.2 LPA
As an Automation Engineer, you will ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of our products through
automated, and AI-driven testing processes. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver a feature-rich,
user-friendly product.
We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of software testing concepts, analytical and problem-
solving skills, basic programming knowledge, and an interest in exploring AI tools for testing approaches.
All the interview rounds consist of C programming with basic syntax but good logic. Your initial

VISUAL DESIGNER 4.2 LPA
As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning, eye-catching visuals for product user
interfaces, marketing materials, infographics, video animations, and more.
We are primarily looking for candidates with strong creative thinking and hands-on experience with photo and
video editing tools. Experience with AI tools for generating high-quality visuals is a plus.
Your precision in replication, creativity, consistency in style, visual aesthetics and detailing, and technical
proficiency with vector tools will be evaluated in each round.
• Windows laptop with the Chrome browser (not in Incognito mode) and preferably without AD-Blockers.
Also, ensure steady internet connection.
• Pen, pencil, and papers (to create little illustrations).
• Open the given registration link in the chrome browser on your laptop.
• Sign up using your personal Gmail account.

• Upload Source files in Forms: After reading the questions, you can start designing on your respective
tool.
o Once you've completed your designs, organize the source files and output image/GIF for each
task into separate ZIP files. Name them clearly, like 'Task 1.zip' and 'Task 2.zip', for easy
identification.
o Now, you need to upload the ZIP files to Google Forms. You can find the Google Form link under
the "Submission Details" section, located at the top of the evaluation questions area.
• Upload Images in Text Editor: Additionally, copy and paste the output images /GIFs into the text editor
with proper formatting.
