to give rules for running the country, ensure fairness, and keep citizens’ freedoms.
A good constitution should be clear, flexible, and easy to understand,
while also being strong enough to guide the government for
a long time. Written constitutions are commonly in one document,
while unwritten ones are based on traditions and opinions made over time.

2. Why is crucial for all citizens, including government officials, to uphold and follow the
provisions of the Philippine Constitution?

- It is important for all citizens, including government officials, to follow the Philippine
Constitution because it is the highest law of the land. The Constitution ensures that
everyone is treated fairly and that the government works properly. If people, especially
leaders, don’t follow it, it can lead to chaos, unfairness, and abuse of power. By
upholding the Constitution, we protect our rights and keep the country stable and just for
everyone.

3. What role does the Philippine Constitution play in protecting the rights and freedoms of
the Filipino?

- The Philippine Constitution plays a vital part in keeping the rights and freedoms of
Filipinos by certainly stating what rights are guaranteed to every citizen. It ensures
fundamental freedoms like freedom of speech, religion, and the right to a fair trial. The
Constitution also limits the power of the government, so it can not take down people's
rights without a valid reason. By setting these rules, it helps cover Filipinos from unfair
treatment and abuse.

4. How does adherence to the Constitution ensure a stable and orderly society in the
Philippines? What are some specific examples of situations where adherence to the
Constitution has helped to resolve conflicts and prevent abuses of power?

- Adhering to the Constitution helps to keep the Philippines stable by setting clear laws
that everyone, including the government, must follow. It ensures that no one becomes
overly powerful, and that people's rights are protected. For instance, during elections,
the Constitution requires that ballots be calculated honestly, ensuring that no one can
manipulate or steal an election. It also prevents people from being arrested without an
account, ensuring that the government obey the law.
5. How does following the Philippine Constitution contribute to the rule of law and the
promotion of justice and equality in the country?
- Following the Philippine Constitution assures that everyone is treated with equality and
fairness under the law. It established regulations that both the authorities and citizens
must follow, so that nobody is above the law. By maintaining people's rights, the
Constitution fosters fairness and ensures that everyone has equal chances. This
