Week 3 Interfacing Arduino with Sensors and Actuators: LDR, Ultrasonic Sensor, and Servo Motor

Week 4 Getting Started with ESP8266: Basics, Arduino IDE Setup, and LED Blinking

Week 5 Publishing Sensor Data to ThingSpeak Using ESP8266 NodeMCU

Week 6 Getting Started with Raspberry Pi: Introduction and Ubuntu OS Installation

Week 7 Setting Up WiFi on Raspberry Pi and Viewing It from a Laptop

Week 8 Set Up and Connect a Raspberry Pi Camera Module

Week 9 – 12 Each student must review the following case studies and complete any one of them,
ensuring proper output and documentation

traffic signals, and parking systems by analyzing real-time data from IoT devices.
Case study 5
Autonomous Vehicles: This project involves using AI algorithms to enable self-driving cars and other
autonomous vehicles by analyzing data from IoT sensors and cameras.

Objectives
Objective 1: To enable students to design, build, and implement interactive IoT systems using
microcontrollers like Arduino, ESP8266 NodeMCU
Objective 2: To enable students to design, build, and implement interactive computing and IoT
systems using the Raspberry Pi platform
Objective 3: To develop problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills by reviewing and
implementing a selected case study.
