Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Tester (QA) to
join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing,
developing, and executing test plans and test cases to ensure the quality
and reliability of our software products. Additionally, the candidate will
develop courses and training materials to assist team members, students,
and clients in understanding quality assurance best practices.

This role requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies,


development best practices, a commitment to delivering high-quality
solutions, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test
cases to ensure software quality and reliability.
● Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
● Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with
development teams to resolve issues.

● Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other
stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality
solutions.
● Automate testing processes using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or
similar.
● Ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards throughout the
software development lifecycle.
● Develop training materials, provide training, create documentation,
and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
● Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership and
guidance when needed.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and trends.

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
● Proven experience as a Software Tester (QA) with a strong portfolio
of successful projects.
● Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
● Proficient in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
● Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or
similar.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Certification in QA or related technologies is a plus.
