1. Set a small office network. The office has three departments: HR, Sales, and IT. Each
department has its own subnet. The HR subnet is 192.168.80.0/24, Sales subnet is
192.168.81.0/24, and IT subnet is 192.168.82.0/24. Configure a router, one switches,
and three PCs to achieve the following: [30]

1.1 Router Configuration (10 Marks)


 Assign IP addresses to each router interface in the corresponding subnet.
 Enable routing on the router.

1.2 Switch Configuration (10 Marks)


 Create VLANs for each department:
 Assign VLANs to the appropriate access ports

 Configure the switch port connecting to the router

1.3 PC Configuration (10 Marks)


 Assign IP addresses to PCs according to their respective subnets. (5 Marks)
