1 Background of the Bidder (Synertech Technology PLC)

SynerTech Technologies PLC is a private limited company founded in 2016 European calendar
focusing on technological infrastructure and service delivery. SynerTech has got the name from
the idea of synergy b/n the founders for common vision and mission. And also, the synergy b/n
technological solution or ICT to business organization or other organization and individual day to
day activity for better accomplishment and achievement. SynerTech focus on ICT infrastructure
and service delivery for Business organization, government offices, Nonprofit Organization and
any individuals looking for any technological infrastructure and services.

4 Executive Summery
This proposal outlines the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a state-of-
the-art IP-based CCTV surveillance system for ELFORA MELGE FARM AND
AGROPROCESSING located in Hawassa. The project aims to enhance security measures across
the entire compound by implementing a robust and scalable video surveillance system that ensures
real-time monitoring, high-quality video recording, and secure data storage.

Project Objectives
The primary objectives of this project are:
1. Enhanced Security: To provide comprehensive surveillance coverage of critical areas within
the compound, minimizing the risk of unauthorized access and enhancing overall security.
