WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU?


As a fresher, I have the ability, but the ability is nothing without an opportunity.
So, if you will provide me an opportunity to work with your company, I will do my
best and I will give full of determination and dedication for completing all the
assigned tasks in the given time.

Also, my core competence and programming knowledge what I have will


definitely help me and help company for the organizational goals.

WHAT ARE YOUR STRENTH AND WEEKNESS?

My strengths are I am a Quick Learner and a motivated Person.

My weakness is I am a person who overthinks before doing any task because I


want to do everything perfectly.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK AT OUR COMPANY


As I am a fresher, I would like to learn and start my career in a reputed company
like yours and I believe that your company is one which provides a bunch of
opportunities for freshers to work on different technologies and enhance their
skills and improve their knowledge and experience?

WHAT ISDIFFERENT BETWEEN CONFIDENCE AND OVER CONFIDENCE?


" I can do it "- confidence, " Only I can do it "- overconfidence.

" I am suitable for this job "- confidence, " I am the only one suitable for this job "-
overconfidence.

" Trusting yourself "- confidence, " Underestimating others "- overconfidence.

A person is confident when he know the fact better, A person is overconfident

WHAT IS DIFFERENT BETWEEN SMARTWORK AND HARD WORK?


Hard work gives you experience.
Smart work comes with experience.

There is no smart work without hard work.


WHO DO YOU FEEL ABOUT WORKING NIGHTS AND WEEKNENDS?
As I'm a fresher. Company's growth is obviously employee’s growth. Whenever
company needs me, I will be there either night shift or weekend.

CAN YOU WORK UNDER PRESSUR?


Sir, Life is all about pressure.

Actually, we are living in pressure Only. Whether it is a Study, Family


Expectation, exams, Job, Money, Waiting for results, Career etc. In our daily life,
we handle all this pressure. So, working under the pressure is NOT a very big.

ARE U WILLING TO RELOCATE AND TRAVEL


Yes, I will. Because relocate is opportunity to show my skills. And it is very
graceful thing to know their culture and meet with different people. And, I think
that relocate teaches how to adjust or co-operate with new people.

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS?


My today's goals are to get placed in your company and bring a smile on my
parent face who are praying for me at home.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO GOOD JOBS?


There are three things which motivate me.

First is my parents who are working hard to see me in a good position and
independent.

The second one is my goals which motivates me to do hard work to achieve


them.

Third one As I belong to a middle-class family, I have faced many difficulties


during my education. So, I want to make things better now. This motivates me
always.

WHAT MAKES YOU ANGRY?


Getting angry is human nature, but controlling that is the key to success.

I also get angry when anyone underestimates me, then I will show my anger with
my success, not in my words.

GIVE ME AN EXAMPLE OF CREATIVITY?


Some people think that doing different things is creativity, But I don't think so. My
father taught me, that don't do different things just do things differently, and this is
creativity.
HOW LONG WOULD YOU EXPECT TO WORK FOR US IF HIRED?
Sir, I think your company will provide me with ample growth opportunities in the
future. So, as long as the company is satisfied with my work. And as long as I am
satisfied with my career growth. I would continue working here.

ARE NOT YOU OVERQUALIFIED FOR THIS POTISION?


If you think that I am over qualified then it's a compliment for me. Thank you.

In my opinion, it's better to be overqualified instead of underqualified.

Just imagine I have 100 Rs and you are asking for 80. I can easily give you but if
you will ask me 80 Rs and I have only 70 Rs then how will I give you?

So I think I am happy with my overqualification.

DESCRIBE YOUR IDEAL COMPANY AND LOCATION, JOB?


An ideal company is a company which provides healthy and good environment
and lots of opportunities for employees to do work and where the suggestions
and views would be taken as positive.

The ideal job is the job where we get satisfaction in both professional and
personal life.

The ideal location is where these two things are present.

What are your career options right now?


As a fresh candidate my career option right now is to gain knowledge and earn
experience from new new challenges and to upgrade myself according.

Explain how would be an asset to this organization?


If an employee follows 3D Principle that means Dedication, Determination,
Discipline, he will automatically be the asset of the company.

What are your outside interests?


My outside interests are meet new people and talk to them and visiting new
places and trying to find new things.

Would you lie for the company?


It totally depends upon the situation. If lying is the last option to tackle the
situation for my company I have to do it but only if it is the last, otherwise I will
use my creativity to deal with the situation because in life we always have the
second option. We just need to find it and make it count.

Who has inspired you in your life and why?


My mother inspired me a lot. She told me to do hard work until I get the result
don't go back in difficulty and she motivates me. She sacrifices for my career.
She faced a lot of difficulties in her life. That's why my mother is my inspiration. I
always inspired my Mother because she always teach me how to face difficult
situations. And How to deal with other people and always advise me to speak the
truth and be sincere with everyone and always work diligently. They want to see
me as a successful person. one day I want to become a good person.

What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?


Decisions are not tough until we don't have a clear idea about our options. I don't
face such difficulty because.

I am always working on my options to choose my best.


Actually, Sir, I believe in Ratan Tata's line " I don't believe in making right
decisions, I take decisions and make them right".

Have you considered starting your own business?


No sir. I don't have a plan to start a business because I just want to improve my
skills and work experience. Later I will think about that. Because a good business
man must be a good employee then only he can run the organization
successfully.

How do you define success and how do you measure up to your


own definition?
Success is like our shadow. Don't try to catch it. Walk your own way; it
automatically follows you. Remember shadow follows you only when you walk
towards brightness.

Finally, when my signature turns into autograph, it will be my success.

How much salary do you expect?


As a fresher, I don't have any expectation but I'm sure that whatever you offer will
be fair with a qualification like me. Of course, salary matters to me but my first
preference is that I'm looking for the opportunity to enhance my skills.

should search me.

I can't Judge anyone in such a short period because this is the special ability of
HR person and I am not HR.
