Proxy Voting on Blockchain:

Broadridge has been providing a secure, automated proxy voting service, from sourcing

announcements and distributing ballots, to vote execution and meeting results. Our

solutions help firms achieve improved efficiency, transparency, and governance.

Bilateral Repo Solutions:

Repo Order Quote (ROQ) solution, a multi-market aggregation and execution tool for

repo markets. The solution is now in use with a major European bank. ROQ allows repo

traders to view liquidity and pricing across multiple electronic marketplaces. The system

enables traders to see demand and availability for each term, security, or basket of
general collateral securities and provides the ability to quote and execute on an

aggregate basis.

Project Details:

• Broadridge has implemented proxy voting on Blockchain for US and JAPAN market.

• ICJ and Broadridge execute the first blockchain based interoperable proxy voting
process in Japan.

• U.S. Patent and Trademark Office granted U.S. Patent to Broadridge for blockchain
technology that will enhance the processes for proxy voting and Repo trading
solution.

Experience in Project:

• Worked on setting up Hyperledger fabric DLT Single channel multiple server(SCMS)

network with solo ordering service.

• Worked on setting up Hyperledger fabric DLT Multiple channel multiple server(MCMS)

network with Kafka ordering service.

• Performed unit testing for NodeJS using Mocha and Chai.
