RAU RF (FDD)
Select the RF Link option from the drop-down menu to choose desired RF link you want to operate, i.e. Band 3-1 = 1800MHz MIMO 1
RAU RF (FDD) – BASIC PARAMETER
Note: Only enter information in plain text format. Fields supports alphanumeric characters and the following special characters, space, hyphen, underscore,
hash, comma, and period.
RAU ALARM – ALARM ENABLE
• The RAU has been pre-configured with the relevant alarm parameter enable/disable switches on factory already.
• Check or uncheck the Enable checkbox and click Set to enable or disable corresponding alarm.
RAU ALARM – ALARM SEVERITY
• To set the alarm severity of the system according to your needs, select the desired alarm severity from the dropdown menu in the alarm severity
setting for the corresponding parameter and click Set to apply settings.
RAU ALARM – ALARM CONDITION
• The Alarm Condition Settings page is only available when an option External Alarm Module is installed.
• Allows user to configure the trigger condition for the corresponding alarm port
• To configure, select Low Level (Normally-Open?) or High Level (Normally-Close?) and click Set to apply setting.
RAU ETHERNET – ETHERNET
• To connect to HELIOS® NETVIEW 2023 Linux-based OMC via MQTT, please set the MQTT Client Enable to On.
• Enter the URL address of the MQTT server in the MQTT Auth URL field,
• Enter the desired time interval in MQTT Keep Interval (defines a time interval in seconds which a client shall notify that the connection is alive),
default recommendation value is 60 seconds.
• Finally click Set button to apply the settings.
• After successful connected HELIOS® NETVIEW 2023 Linux-based OMC and got authentication, the MQTT Connect Status will be displayed as
green Connected and the Auth Status will be displayed as green Normal.

RAU ETHERNET – VPN
Parameters Description
Device -> SNMP SERVER Traps are sent directly to the SNMP SERVER from RAU.
Traps are forwarded to the SNMP SERVER via HELIOS® NETVIEW 2023 Linux-
NMS -> SNMP SERVER
based OMC.
Closed Disable SNMP Trap Message.
• In the corresponding dialog box, enter the relevant network parameters for the Trap and the SNMP version number.
RAU ETHERNET – FTP
The RAU will be able to upload the operation Log files to the Log file storage server for maintenance purposes via FTP protocol.
Note: When requesting support from Helios engineers please kindly provide screenshots of this page.
RAU LOG
Not Alarm History Log. This is use for logging of issues encountered during operation of the device.
Method 1: Connect to the LAN port of the HUB. Open the Web Browser and enter the default IP address of the device as https://192.168.0.10.
Method 2: Through the RAU Dashboard-AAU/mRRU Connections List, click on the IP Address of the HUB you want to access, and you will be
redirected to the CPRI HUB Local WEB GUI.
CPRI HUB OPTICAL
The page display status and parameters of the total 11 SFP+ optical ports of the HUB. SFP+ Optical port 1 is connected to the RAU or the
upper-layer HUB, and in this case, it serves as the Slave port with a T12 delay is 0
Note: Please disable the unused SFP+ ports on the HUB by unchecking the Enable box on both the TX Fault and RX Fault and click Set to apply the settings
to avoid seeing unnecessary alarms for ports not connected.
CPRI HUB ETHERNET
The WAN configuration of the HUB is generally set to DHCP, and the WAN IP Address is automatically assigned by the RAU.
Note: The network configuration for MQTT/VPN/SNMP/FTP in the HUB are the same as the RAU and does not require manual configuration. It will be
automatically SYNC & validated from the RAU.
AAU/mRRU LOGIN
There are 2 methods to connect to the AAU/mRRU:
Method 1: Connect to the LAN port of the AAU/mRRU. Open the Web Browser and enter the default IP address of the device as https://192.168.0.10.
Method 2: Through the RAU Dashboard-AAU/mRRU Connections List, click on the IP Address of the AAU/mRRU you want to access, and you will be
redirected to the AAU/mRRU Local WEB GUI.
AAU/mRRU RF
The RF parameter page is use to configure the RF on the AAU/mRRU
Note: The network configuration for MQTT/VPN/SNMP/FTP in the HUB are the same as the RAU and does not require manual configuration. It will be
automatically SYNC & validated from the RAU.
SYSTEM UPGRADE
The system can be upgraded using the following methods:
Via Local USB interface: This method is primarily used for software loading in the factory or upgrading the UBOOT software.
Via Local WEB GUI: Upgrade can be performed through the Hardware > Device Operation > Upgrade.
Via OMC: Automatic Batch Upgrade is available through the HELIOS® NETVIEW 2023 Linux-based OMC.
