Q1a. As a database administrator compare the hierarchical,


network, relational, and object-oriented database models in terms
of structure, data access methods, and applications.
b. Provide a real-world example for each model and justify its
suitability for the application.

Q2. Using MS. Access, you are required as a database administrator


to create at least five (5) tables in any related database of
interest, each table must at least contain ten (10) fields and
fifteen (15) relevant/sensible records, there must also be an
essential association amongst tables, also ensure to generate
forms for each table with associated reports.
NB: No two assignment or ideas should be the same, also all
assignments must be returned in Portable Document Format (PDF)
with a clear screen shot of all steps supported by a brief but
relevant explanation as to how each step was achieved (especially
for Question Two (Q2)).
Ensure to do this assignment by yourself, as question two (2) might
be a possible lab II question.
