I. Student Analysis for Mentors of their schooling, and compares it to that of each
semester as shown in Fig. 7.
For Subject analysis of mentees, academic data
are retrieved based on a mentor's ID and semester, then it
groups and compares student CAT scores across subjects,
presenting performance in plots. Domain analysis
involves retrieving CAT scores and subjects, and then
analyzing this data to determine the best-performing
subject group for each student using the Domain analysis
function. It creates a bar chart showing the number of
students in each best-performing domain. Finally, the
script converts the analyzed data into JSON format, Fig. 6. Subject wise analysis
containing student details and best-performing domain.
VI. RESULTS
The login credentials for the mentors and
students are used to access the portal as in Fig. 4. The
student portal shows the qualifications that have been met
by the students, their academic achievement, scores, and
an analysis of their performance. Additionally, it
compares the student’s scores on the CAT assessment and Fig. 7. CGPA and GPA analysis
offers a GPA and CGPA analysis as well as subject- and
domain-specific analysis. The primary function of the model is to offer a
domain-wise analysis that divides student performance
into several domains that are generated from the
disciplines as seen in Fig. 8 . The students can pick and
flourish in such customized domains by using this
classification to better understand their interests and
talents in a given topic.

VIII. FUTURE WORKS
Multi-factor authentication techniques, such as
SMS codes and biometric verification, can be included in
the system to increase security. Mentors can be set up with
automated alerts and notifications that are scheduled to go
off when crucial events like failing grades or major GPA
declines take place. By searching for a particular student
or using filters based on interest criteria, mentors may
increase their efficiency. Additionally, enabling mentors to
present student's remarks for improvement fosters

goals, track their progress with updates and reminders,
and communicate with mentors via chat or virtual
meetings. Modules for critical job abilities like resume
creation and soft skill development specific to respective
fields can be included.
