MasterCard Simulators (MAS, MDFS, MCPS)

Audience:
Seminar geared towards staff from all departments related to MasterCard credit and/or debit card products,
who need to know the various products made available to members through our interactive channel,
MasterCard Connect.

Objective:
Course designed to provide detailed explanations of the operational services and tools available through the
interactive communication channel between MasterCard and members: MasterCard Connect. Particular
emphasis will be placed on the benefits and impact of each of these tools.

Seminar Fee:
The seminar fee for 2 days training is USD900. The fee includes the seminar fee, seminar material,
breakfast, coffee brake and lunch during the seminar. Anything else not listed here is not included.

Registration Acknowledgement:
When you register for a seminar via our website you will receive an automated acknowledgement. This
confirms that your registration has been successful. Please do not make non-cancellable travel
arrangements until the seminar is confirmed.

Seminar Confirmation:
Assuming that the seminar meets the minimum number of required participants, MasterCard Academy will
send you a confirmation. You will receive this confirmation approximately 7 business day prior to the
seminar date

Travel & Accommodation:


Travel and Accommodation costs are not included in the seminar fee. Once the seminar has been confirmed
you can make your own booking and pay all your accommodation expenses directly to the hotel of your
choice.

Dress Code:
Business casual is appropriate for all seminars, unless otherwise specified.

Billing:
Participants with an account at the Settlement Bank will be invoiced automatically via the MasterCard
Consolidated Billing System (MCBS). The seminar fee will be identified via the relevant billing event (refer to
the MCBS Manual for details about MasterCard Academy billing events).
Participants that do not have an account at the Settlement Bank will receive an invoice that must be paid by
bank transfer. Delayed payment may be subject to additional charges.
• IMPORTANT Please do not make any non‐refundable travel arrangements until you receive the
Seminar Confirmation. MasterCard Europe and/or MasterCard Academy cannot be held liable for
any non‐refundable travel costs that may be incurred.
