To perform the following changes, please, log on to the system in English language.
1 CREATION OF HRPAYCA_T4_2023 PDF FORM
1.1 In transaction SFP, copy the form HRPAYCA_T4_2022 to the form HRPAYCA_T4_2023. 1.2 Edit the HRPAYCA_T4_2023 form. 1.3 Download the Forms.zip from the note attachments and decompress it. 1.4 Choose Utilities -> Uploading/downloading -> Uploading Form and select the SFPF_HRPAYCA_T4_2023.XML file. 1.5 1.5 Save and activate the form.
2 CREATION OF HRPAYCA_T4A_2023 PDF FORM
2.1 In transaction SFP, copy the form HRPAYCA_T4A_2022 to the form HRPAYCA_T4A_2023. 2.2 Edit the HRPAYCA_T4A_2023 form. 2.3 Download the Forms.zip from the note attachments and decompress it. 2.4 Choose Utilities -> Uploading/downloading -> Uploading Form and select the SFPF_HRPAYCA_T4A_2023.XML file. 2.5 Save and activate the form.

3.1 In transaction SFP, copy the form HRPAYCA_T4AN_2022 to the form HRPAYCA_T4AN_2023. 3.2 Edit the HRPAYCA_T4AN_2023 form. 3.3 Download the Forms.zip from the note attachments and decompress it. 3.4 Choose Utilities -> Uploading/downloading -> Uploading Form and select the SFPF_HRPAYCA_T4AN_2023.XML file. 3.5 Save and activate the form.
