1)There are 1048576 rows and 16384 columns in MS Excel.

2)The columns are named from A to XFD.


3)So there are 1048756*16384 number of cells in the MS Excel.
4) Each cell In MS Excel can be addressed by the combination of row and
column.
Where Row name occurs first and then followed by row number.

5)When MS Excel is opened we get different options such as

Which is called as menu bar

6)For each field in Menu Bar there are different options are available
For example if we click on “Data” we have following option this area is
called as “Ribbon”.
7)To enter the sequential data (the data with common difference say “d”
We can enter the data in the first two cells and then drag the cell which is
called as “Auto filling” of the data.
8)One can format the cell or adjust the cell cell by adjusting the row height or
column width
