About the founder: Ananya Kejriwal is an experienced product lead with a passion to bring design
thinking and technology to consumer products. She has worked in technology and wellness at
Microsoft and Headspace in the US across Product Management and Business Operations. Ananya
has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering from Olin College of Engineering
in Materials Sciences and Design Thinking.
Extensive knowledge of Amazon marketplace and AMS, driving all paid and non paid
initiatives
Good knowledge of other accounts- Nykaa, Flipkart etc
Thorough knowledge of driving performance marketing for the brand; Proactively
performing regular optimization of accounts
Responsible for working on E-commerce marketplace advertising platforms, strategizing and
optimizing campaigns on daily basis
Provide complete and accurate data in the weekly and monthly meetings
Assist to plan, develop and oversee the initiative of major accounts
Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
Negotiating contracts w ith the client and establishing a timeline of performance
Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with
the client
Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and
team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the
highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs are met
Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to
share with team members
Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
Qualification:
3-4 years of Experience of direct response & E-commerce experience in an integrated, multi-
channel marketing environment
B.Tech/MBAs from reputed institutes (Tier 2 Institutions).
