1. What are the short/long-range goals/objectives, when and why did you establish these
goals, and how are you preparing yourself to achieve them?

• Short-term goals: Gain experience in a dynamic role that allows me to develop


leadership and analytical skills.
• Long-term goals: Advance into a managerial or executive position within a company
where I can make a meaningful impact.
• Preparation: Continuous learning, networking, taking leadership opportunities, and
improving my technical and soft skills.

2. What specific goal other than those related to your occupation have you established for
yourself for the next 10 years?
• Learning a new language, expanding my professional network, and engaging in
community service.
• Learning new skill and improve my knowledge that related a business career
• Created a small business, such as selling products etc.
