Chapter 1 Notice for Use

1.1 Download Software for Your Phone

1. Android users can get “IntechSharing” from the following app stores, like Google play.
2. iOS users can download “IntechSharing” on the App Store.

1.2 Network Connection

Ensure that your mobile device and your PC are connected to the same WIFI.

1.3 System Requirements

1. Please must install the wireless network adapter & wireless network adapter driver firstly, and
open wireless network adapter.
2. Make sure the “Camera”, “Floating Window” are checked in the Privacy when running
IntechSharing on the phone.
3. PPT software should be 2007 version or above, and should not be a light version. Additionally,
please confirm that Microsoft is active and the PPT software is not in protection state.
4. Close all anti-virus software like Kaspersky Lab, as well as task manager, which can affect the
IntechSharing function.

1.4 Download & Install Software on the desktop

1. Insert software CD into the CD-ROM drive and double click , you will see the install shield
wizard and follow the guidance prompted by the system.

2. Click to start the software.

Chapter 2 Features

2.1 Log in

2.1.1 Scan to Log in

Enter the login interface of your mobile device and click button (Picture 1-1), to scan the
QR code of the desktop to start the software. (Picture 1-2)

2.1.2 Password for Login

1. Alternatively, enter the login page of your mobile device, and search for the available PC under
the same WIFI network; (Picture 1-3)
2. On the desktop, you can rename the PC device and change its password; (Picture 1-4)
3. On your mobile device, click the selected PC device, and enter the password as prompt
required. (Picture 1-3)

2.2 Homepage

Features Description

Take picture to It permits you to take a picture to

2.3 Take Picture to Upload

1. Open the camera on your mobile device, then take a picture to upload; (Picture 3-1)
2. After uploading the pictures, pressing the blue button provides access to annotation via a
toolbox that involves blue pen, red pen, yellow pen, laser pen, spotlight, undo, select, keyboard,
resolution, and close. (Picture 3-2)

2.4 Live Classroom

1. Turn on the camera from your mobile device, tap the red button to start your live classroom;

2. Click the blue button to pause.

2.5 Courseware Demonstration

2.5.1 PPT Presentation

1. Open the PPT courseware on the desktop, and then go to the steps: Demonstration
courseware > PPT Presentation, to deliver the presentation.
2. As Picture 5-1 show, you can preview the PPT by slide the PPT thumbnails, and click the
Annotation button on the bottom right corner to make your annotations on the PPT page.
3. As Picture 5-2 show, there are all kinds of annotation tools, including laser pen, red pen, blue
pen, yellow pen, spotlight, previous page and next page.

2.5.2 IWB Demonstration

1. Start interactive whiteboard software on your desktop, and then go to the steps:
Demonstration courseware > IWB Demonstration, to deliver lessons.
2. As Picture 5-3 show, there are 16 hotkeys on both sides. You can manipulate whiteboard
software by using these hotkeys.
3. The tool box will appears on the screen when click the blue button. It contains various tools,
such as blue pen, red pen, yellow pen, laser pen, undo, spot light, select, keyboard, resolution,
close.

2.6 Screen Synchronization

2.6.1 Synchronize with the Computer

1. Under the Screen Synchronization catalog, select Synchronize with the Computer to mirror
your desktop screen to your mobile device; (Picture 6-1)
2. You can control the mobile screen with your fingers, such as, zoom in/out with two fingers,
move with one finger and select files with click or double-click.
3. The toolbox will appear on the screen when clicking the blue button. It contains various tools,
such as blue pen, red pen, yellow pen, laser pen, undo, spotlight, select, keyboard, resolution,
close.

2.6.2 Synchronize with the Mobile Phone

1. Android System: Under the Screen Synchronization catalog, select Synchronize with the
Mobile Phone to mirror the mobile screen to your desktop. It comes in Smooth, HD, UHD quality,
so you can choose you want by pressing the triangle button on the upper right of the Synchronize
with the Mobile Phone button; (Picture 6-2)

2. iOS System: Under the Screen Synchronization catalog, select Synchronize with the Mobile
Phone to start mirroring according to the instruction.

2.7 Upload Files

2.7.1 Android System

1. It supports to upload files in the following formats, picture, video, audio, document and more.

2. Picture Upload: As Picture 7-1 show, click PICTURE button on the menu bar, then choose the
target images, finally click the Upload button to complete your operation. Or you can press the
Photo button on the upper right corner to upload many pictures up to 6 pictures. After uploading
6 pictures, you will go to the overview interface as Picture 7-2 shows. You can select one of them
to annotate and click the Close button to go back to the overview interface.

3. Video Upload: As Picture 7-3 show, click the VIDEO button on the menu bar, then select the
target video to upload. Or you can click the Shooting button on the upper right corner, and then
record a video to upload. When upload successfully, you can play it on the desktop.

4. Other Types of Files Upload: You can click the buttons on the menu bar and select the
corresponding files to upload. After finish, you can open them on the desktop.

2.7.2 iOS System

1. Picture Upload: Select the target images under the photo menu, and then click the Upload
button on the upper right corner (Picture 7-4). You can upload up to 6 pictures at one time by

pressing or button to add.

2. Video Upload: Select the videos you need under the VIDEO menu, and then click the Upload
button on the upper right corner.

2.8 Touch Board

1. It is similar to the touch board of laptop. You can move the mouse, click, double-click, left/right
click on the blank area.
2. You can find a lot of functions on the toolbar, like switch the window, close the window, pop-up
keyboard, back to the desktop, power off, etc.

Chapter 3 Attention

1. In case of failing to install the installer package, please change the default settings by following
the steps: Settings – Privacy – Unknown Sources – Enable.
2. The touch board might be out of use when you minimize the software window on the
computer. What you need to do is to close all anti-virus software like Kaspersky Lab, etc.
3. As for iPad client, make sure you are using iOS 8.0 and above; if not, please upgrade your
system.
4. In the phone client, you should enable IntechSharing to visit your photo and camera by
changing the default settings of Privacy.
5. If the WiFi is normal but the connection is not available, the WiFi may be blocked by the
firewall. You can turn off the firewall or set the firewall to allow the WiFi to run.
