Update a case in System.
1. Upon successful login, in Home menu, find the case that you want to update in Recent Cases:

2. The Current Stage is the stage in Conveyancing Process that must be updated either by lawyer or
bank. Double click on the case that you want to update.

How to update Checklist Item – No. 1 Accept Appointment:
1. Click Data Input and a window will pop out for you to enter information.

Note: Field marked with a red asterisk (*) means that you must enter information.

1. Click Data Input and a window will pop out.
2. Click to input FA Execute Date.

1. Repeat the same steps for How to update Checklist Item – No. 1 Attach - Letter of Offer
(Appointment Accepted).

2. Click Data Input and a window will pop out for you to enter information.
3. Key-in remark for the selected checklist item whenever necessary.

Please note that each of the nine Checklist Items must be updated.
For any Checklist Item – No. 1 to No. 4 that is not applicable, e.g. No. 1 Attach – Receipt of DOA
Presentation, you can upload a dummy file and enter ‘Not Applicable’ under Remark.
For any Checklist Item – No. 5 to No. 9 that is not applicable, if the Exempted checkbox can be ticked,
click the Exempted check box and Save. (You may put ‘Not Applicable’ in Remark section).

How to update Checklist Item – No. 1 to No. 7:
Please note that each of the seven Checklist Items must be updated.
1. For any Checklist Item – No. 1 to No. 7 that is not applicable:
▪ E.g. No. 1 Reasons for Non Provision, if the Exempted checkbox can be ticked, click the Exempted
check box and Save. (You may put ‘Not Applicable’ in Remark section).
▪ If any of Checklist Item ‘Attach - <name of document>’, (Checklist Item No. 4, No. 6, No. 7) is not
applicable, upload a dummy file and enter ‘Not Applicable’ under Remark.
▪ If the Checklist Item is other than Checklist Item No. 4, No. 6, No. 7, click Data Input to enter
information and Save.
2. For any Checklist Item – No. 1 to No. 7 that is applicable:
• If the Checklist Item is ‘Attach - <name of document>’, (Checklist Item No. 4, No. 6, No. 7), repeat the
same steps for How to update Checklist Item – No. 1 Attach - Letter of Offer (Appointment Accepted).
• If the Checklist Item is other than Checklist Item No. 4, No. 6, No. 7, click Data Input to enter
information and Save.
