First of all, I feel privileged to be here right now, sir. I have spoken to
people who worked here previously and was impressed on how highly they
spoke about this company and the development opportunities. They
mentioned about the

 supportive and collaborative work environment,


 the focus on employee growth,
 the challenging and rewarding projects,
 the company's positive impact on the industry
 encouraging continuous learning.

Why should we hire you?

I am sure the skills I have developed and the experience I have gained
through diverse roles across different companies will bring significant
value to this organization.

Why do you want to leave your current role?

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with my current organization and have


gained valuable experience. However, I am seeking a new opportunity
that allows me to challenge myself further and looking forward to next
level growth in my professional career.

Can you explain your employment gap?

I do agree that my career was not a purple patch due to both fortunate
and challenging circumstances. However, I remained focused and
aligned with the skills necessary to succeed in the roles I held during that
time.

What is your greatest weakness?

One area I’ve been working on is my tendency to be a perfectionist, which


can sometimes lead me to spend too much time on minor details.
However, I’ve learned to recognize when this happens and make a
conscious effort to refocus on the more important tasks, ensuring that I
manage my time effectively and maintain productivity.

What is your greatest strength?

My greatest strength is my ability to remain calm and composed under


pressure. I don’t allow stressful situations to overwhelm me, and I stay
focused on prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. This helps me to ensure
that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

What are your salary expectations?

My primary focus is on the role and its responsibilities. Based on the scope
of the position, I would expect a 30% increase in my current CTC. But, I
am flexible and open to discuss the compensation to reach a mutually
agreeable figure.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Of course, everyone does have their focus on a distant future. To be


realistic, to achieve where I want to be, I set my short-terms goals that
contribute to my long-term growth. First of all, i aim to be a key
contributor to a successful team. consistently delivering high- quality
work. At the same time, I I will focus on continuous improvement and
expanding my knowledge. Over the years, I plan to develop array of
technical skills along with leadership skills. This will put me in driver seat
to be a prominent member of the organization hierarchy.

Tell me about a time you had to handle pressure.


Indeed, every project comes with its own set of pressures. However, more
often than not, I have had to work within tight deadlines to complete
tasks. In such situations, I focus on prioritizing key tasks while ensuring
that the quality of the work is never compromised. Effective time
management and maintaining a clear focus on priorities are essential in
managing pressure and delivering successful outcomes.
