● Terminal illness: An irreversible or incurable disease condition from


which death is expected in the foreseeable future. Actively dying: The
hours or days preceding imminent death during which time the
patient's physiological functions wane.
If the clients are asking what does it mean= probably they don't
have a terminal illness, it's enough to just say a disease that is
expected to end with death in the next 12 months

● If the client is disqualified for any reason please mark as “DEAD”.

● If a client is disqualified we have to let them go with the following line:


“Thank you so much for your interest, however we don’t have any
available products for you at this time. Once we do have, we’ll be more
than happy to reach out”
