Part 1 Product Name
Product Name
Any of the following are acceptable product names of the small size SD memory card.
- Do not create multiple - Do not change the order -Do not use small letters -No space between “mini” - Do not use hyphen

Part 1 Proportion for miniSD™ mark
Color
Recommended basic color is PANTON Blue 072C (dark blue).
Other blue, black and white colors can be used as below.

Part 1 Use of the miniSD™ mark in box form
General rule
Basic color of dark blue is recommended for the box version of the logo. Use white color for miniSD™ mark
is recommended. Remember to use the required clear spacing zone rule of one third of the logo height.

Part 1 Size of the miniSD™ mark
General rule
Any size of miniSD™ mark is acceptable so long as the miniSD™ mark is legible and adheres to logo rules.

Part 2 Marking on miniSD™ Memory Card
General rule
- Use the miniSD™ mark instead of the SD logo, fulfilling CLA (Card License Agreement) requirement.
- Product name is optional.

General rule
- Use the miniSD™ mark instead of the SD logo, fulfilling CLA requirement.

- Distinguish product clearly from the regular size SD Memory Card.
- The printed notice “This card should not be used in SD application products.” is recommended.

Part 2 Marking for miniSD™ Adapter
General rule
- Use the miniSD™ mark instead of the SD logo.
- Use of the miniSD™ mark together with the name “miniSD™ Adapter” or “Adapter” on the same side
is recommended.
- Either capital letters and/or small letters
may be used for the product name

Part 3 Host product for both SD card & miniSD™ card
General rule
- The SD logo is not mandatory.
- The miniSD™ mark is not mandatory. These pictures are USB reader/writers.
- miniSD™ mark should be placed when the SD logo is used
on the product. (Option 1)
- SD logo should be placed when the miniSD™ mark is used
on the product. (Option 1)
- “miniSD™ Memory Card”, “miniSD™ Card” or “miniSD™”
may be used when “SD Memory Card”, “SD Card” or “SD” is
used for the SD card slot. (Option 2)
- The SD logo, the miniSD™ mark or the names of the cards
for both SD Memory Card and miniSD™ Memory Card should
be located as close as each card’s slot. (Option 1 & 2)
