Symptom

After having done changes to the calendar and having transported them, apparently nothing is changed in the
target system.

Environment

Release independent

Reproducing the Issue

Maintain the Factory Calendar - or any Public Holiday, resp. the Holiday Calendar - in the customizing system
in accordance with SAP Note 574628. After having done the changes create a new transport using the
transaction SCAL --> Calendar --> Transport (see in SAP Note 538344) and transport the changes to the
target system! Check the changes in the target system!

Cause

The issue is caused by a bug in the changed R3Trans version. A very detailed description can be found in
SAP note no. 106764
The calendar buffer is being updated automatically after the changes from the transport are implemented. In
the versions with the bug, the automatic update of the calendar buffer is not executed. The calendar uses the
old data from the buffer.

Resolution

Download the latest available R3Trans version - see also in KBA 2541883 and SAP note no. 106764! Check
the version used by entering "R3trans -v". Please make sure, that all affected systems are on the latest
R3Trans release! As a workaround, the calendar buffer can be updated manually using the transaction
SCAL, or by running the report RSSCALT2.
