II. Project Rationale:
The Veterans Elementary School is located along the National Highway
going
to T’Boli. At present, it has 137 learners and 11 teachers who are enjoying
the school facilities and amenities. The school aims to improve its office
and
learning environment to motivate pupils to come and learn in the school.
It
also aims to provide protection against bad weather condition.
The school has started the construction of pathway from the classroom to
main gate. Unfortunately, the school has insufficient fund for its full
implementation.
Upon the availability of fund from the Local Government Unit of Surallah,
the construction of path way may be resumed for its completion.

III. Project Objectives:
1. To improve learning environment of the school through construction of
school path way.
2. To acquire office table and chair through SEF of LGU Surallah
IV. Project Description:
This project will be used as a pathway of the learners and teachers from
the
classroom to main gate of the school. It will protect them during rainy and hot
season.
The office table and chair will be used by the school head.
