Note:
• For your specific country change ‘en-us’ appropriately to your country in link or check in Microsoft

• When you opt for project online you have option to install project profession during the installation

Task Ribbon Menu

In the above Task ribbon, click on Gantt Chart. There is a drop down menu list of option.

The critical ones:

• Select Gantt Chart – Entry for Task


o Choose Task mode – ‘Manually Scheduled’ or ‘ Auto Scheduled’. Auto schedule is for automatic
defaulting of Task Date
• Select Resourse Sheet – Entry for Resource details
