EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The industrial training was carried out in Palm corps located within Terego district, Odupi sub-
county Siripi village along Yoro- Imvepi highway which started on 09/12/2024 to 31/01/2025

The farm mainly focused on vegetable growing, Tree planting, Food crops like cassava and
maize, Agriculture extension and goat rearing.

I also learnt other lessons during the industrial training that include house construction, raw
cassava processing and socialisation with the community where the farm is located and proper
follow up of management activities.

Amidst all efforts put there were challenges in the other hand that includes too much sun shine,
limited time frame, limited protective gears for example masks and gloves.

The industrial training boosted my knowledge and skills greatly because it gave me room to
apply my theoretical knowledge into practical skills.

I am therefore very happy and extremely delighted to encourage such programs to continue.

Lastly, I pray that the few challenges I faced should be addressed gradually for successful run of
the activitie
