II. Among the topics, what gave the most significant impact on you as
an SMCL student.
 The topic that had the most significant impact on me as an SMCL
student was diversity and inclusion/unconscious bias. This topic made
me realize the importance of acknowledging and addressing
unconscious biases in myself and others to create a more inclusive
environment. Understanding the nuances of diversity and inclusion has
broadened my perspective, making me more empathetic and aware of
the need to advocate for fairness and equality in all aspects of life.

III. Integrate ALL of what you have learned in ORDEV 1 ORDEV 2 and
write a reflection on this using this guide question.
 A broad journey of self-identification and societal understanding has
been the integration of ORDEV 1 and ORDEV 2 lessons. To begin with,
it is ORDEV 1 that forms the base for comprehending personal values
and self-awareness, while ORDEV 2 moves this perception towards
organization culture, diversity and leadership competencies as broader
issues. Multiculturalism and diversity talks underscored the importance
of inclusivity to vibrant communities, while discussions on ethical
decision-making were guided by cornerstone values such as honesty
and care.

Following from this foundation, ORDEV 2 enhanced my knowledge on

societal dynamics by bringing out the importance of unconscious bias
elimination, gender equality promotion and effective teamwork along
with communication improvement. On the other hand, career planning
discussions prompted strategic reflection on personal aspirations and
skill development whereas managing relationships highlighted
trustworthiness plus respect needed in any meaningful connections
made. In summing up these learnings have given me what I need to
navigate both my personal life as well as my professional life through
tough times which require integrity empathy commitment towards
growing inclusive environments in which every individual can bloom.

What does it mean to have fully integrated values as a person?

 Having fully integrated values as a person means that your beliefs and
principles are not just abstract concepts but deeply ingrained in your
thoughts, actions, and decisions. It means consistently aligning your
behavior with these values, even in challenging situations were doing
so might be difficult or unpopular. Integrated values guide your
interactions with others, shaping how you treat people with respect,
empathy, and fairness regardless of differences. They serve as a moral
compass, guiding you to make ethical choices and take responsibility
for the consequences of your actions. Ultimately, having fully
integrated values means living authentically and with integrity, striving
to make a positive impact on the world around you by embodying the
principles you hold dear in every aspect of your life.
