Master of Ceremony

I. Announcement that the Ceremony is About to Begin

The Silvino G. Gajarion Elementary School Graduation Ceremony is about to begin.


The commencement exercises are expected to last for two hours. At this point may we
invite all our candidates for graduation together with their parents/guardians to go to
your respective areas for processional. Before we begin the ceremony, I kindly request
everyone to turn your phones into silent mode and be courteous around you by
refraining from talking aloud once the introduction of the graduating student begins.
During the presentation of graduates, we encourage you to express your pride by
applauding, cheering and taking of pictures.

II. Introduction

Good afternoon, ladies and gentleman. Graduation day is a day of rejoicing for it marks
the conclusion of an educational journey. Graduating from elementary school is a
testament to your perseverance and hard work in the academic field. Today, another
chapter unfolds as we close the doors to the academic year 2023-2024. Friends,
welcome to the ____ Commencement Exercises of Silvino G. Gajarion Elementary
School.

III. Processional

With so much cheer, let us give a warm round of applause to the graduates
accompanied by their proud parents and guardians as they march towards the venue.
Again, let’s give them a resounding applause as they take the stage.

Let us also welcome the esteemed members of the education sector, led by the
hardworking Superintendent of Division of Romblon, Mr. Roger F. Capa, the exceptional
mother of the Santa Fe-San Jose District, Madam Rosie A. Fiedalino, the exemplary
leader of this institution, Madam Florence Y. Foyo, and the faculty and staff of Silvino G.
Gajarion Elementary School who contribute to the quality of education in this alma
matter alongside our guest of honor for today, as well as the officials of the Barangay
headed by Hon. Ronald Salvador, and the member of PTA or Parent-Teacher
Association headed by ___________. A strong round of applause as they take the
stage.

IV. National Anthem and Doxology

Ladies and gentlemen, the graduation ceremony of Silvino G. Gajarion Elementary


School is set to begin. I kindly request everyone to stand as we honor our Philippine
Flag by singing our National Anthem to be conducted by Madam Ruth G. Delos Reyes.

Let us remain standing as we pay tribute and express our faith to the Almighty through a
Doxology led by our Graduating Class.

(after the Doxology) Thank you, you may take your seats.

V. Intro as EMCEE

Members of the graduating class, parents, faculty members and staffs, honored guests,
visitors, friends, good afternoon! Today marks a major milestone in the lives of these
pupils. This momentous day has come when these was just a dream – now turning into
a big glaring reality that in a bit these pupils will call themselves GRADUATES of Silvino
G. Gajarion Elementary School.

WELCOME to the _____ Commencement Exercises school with a theme

My name is Rea M. Tornea, your host for today. First and foremost, I would like to take
this opportunity to thank the Commencement Committee who spent many long hours
planning this day and to all the members that have helped organized and plan this
commencement exercises. Thank you everyone!

VI. Welcome Remarks

To give us a warm welcome to this momentous occasion, I would like to invite Mica D.
Lumejoc (With High Honors) to give her welcoming remarks.

VII. Presentation of Candidates for Graduation

Henry James once stressed out that “There are two kinds of taste in the appreciation of
life; the taste for emotions of surprise and the taste for emotions of recognition.

At this juncture is the moment you’ve all been waiting for; May I call in the exemplary
leader of SGGES our Elementary School Principal II Madam Florence Y. Foyo for the
presentation of candidates for graduation.

VIII. Confirmation of the Graduates and Message

At this point in time is the moment of truth the highlight of today’s event the confirmation
of the graduates together with a message from our Schools Division Superintendent, Sir
Roger F. Capa.

-Thank you so much, Sir. Congratulations Graduates/Class of 2024 and to the proud
parents.

IX. Words of Gratitude

And now, let us hear the words of gratitude from Alyssa Kristine E. Gajarion (With High
Honors). Let us give her a resounding applause.

X. Distribution of Certificates, Downing of Sablay and Pinning of Ribbon

At this moment, may I call in the respective advisers and our school principal for the
Distribution of Certificates, Downing of Sablay and Pinning of Ribbon.

XI. Introduction of the Guest Speaker

The best way to boast the institution’s pride of how it has molded its students, is no
other than hearing it from the direct product of this learning institution. Today’s
momentous occasion is graced by the presence of our distinguished guest of honor and
speaker. To introduced our guest speaker, may I call in Madam Redelyn C. Montojo.
Let’s give her a round of applause.

(Introduce and message of the guest speaker)

Thank you, Sir for your words of inspiration that truly inspire our graduates and even
everyone of us here.

This time around, we would like to take this opportunity to present the certificate of
appreciation to our guest speaker. May I call in our Division Superintendent, Mr. Roger
F. Capa, our District Supervisor, Madam Rosie Fiedalino, and our Principal II of
SGGES, Madam Florence Yap Foyo, to award the certificate.

XII. Words of Gratitude

And now, let us hear another word of gratitude from Alithea Mae C. Montojo (With High
Honors). Let’s give her around of applause.

XIII. Graduation Song


Our graduates go to their separate ways after graduation and try their luck with their
different passion. They will still long to see their classmates, friends, teachers, and even
their parents who serve as their inspiration.

So, as witnesses our longing and gratified hearts, let us all welcome the graduating
pupils as they will sing their graduation song entitled “Ligaya at Lungkot”.

XIV. Awarding of Medals and Certificates, Ribbon to Honor and Deserving


Learners

Now, the most awaited moment for parents and graduates, let’s move on to the
awarding of medals, certificates, and ribbons to honor and deserving learners.

XV. Pledge of Loyalty


To lead the class in their pledge of loyalty, may I call on Gwenyth Stephanie A. Rovira
(With Honors)

XVI. Tribute to Parents/Teachers

The batch 2024 graduates would have not reached this far if not because of the people
beside them. At this point, the graduates would wish to take this opportunity to thank
you parents/guardians and teachers one way or another for your unending support.
Ladies and gentlemen, let us hear our graduates to offer their tribute song to their
beloved parents/guardians and teachers.

XVII. Pinning of Corsage to Parents

And now let us proceed to the pinning of corsage of the graduating class 2024 to their
parents/guardians.

XVIII. Closing Remarks

To formally close today’s event, May I call on Hon. Elmaler D. Paulino – Barangay
Kagawad and the Committee on Education for his closing remarks. Around of applause
please.

XVIII. Recessional

The closing hour has finally arrived. Tomorrow, new challenges and opportunities
awaits our graduates that further test their mettle as improving individuals. Graduates,
as you continue with your journey, may you look back to this stage of your life with
fondness and pride. Ladies and gentleman, this concludes the ______ Commencement
Exercises of Silvino G. Gajarion Elementary School. This has been Rea M. Tornea,
your host and once again Congratulations graduates! Congratulations to the proud
parents! Goodluck to your next journey.
