Thanks for patiently waiting. Typically it should be able to click on “View
Reward” for a notification to pop=up where you can select to "Accept Reward Now" or
later. Once you decide to “Accept Reward”, the voucher is activated and you can
select “Choose Meals Now” or later." Please keep in mind, vouchers do expire after
6 weeks once they are activated.

I understand typically it says that. In my case it gave me an option to "redeem";
I clicked it to use it in my next box. After clicking it nothing showed up, and
when I'm selecting my meals, it doesn't show up. After selecting an upgraded meal,
i'm still charged for it.

Oh I see, this usually happens when your next order still hasn't reflected on your
account and most of the time, you can have this applied a day before your cut off
period which is every Tuesday.

Oh I see. Here's what can do as I've mentioned earlier, there are times that this
type of rewards reflect a day before the cutoff period. I highly recommend to try
this tomorrow or on Tuesday before 9:59 pm pst and if you still encounter trouble,
