ANCHOR 2: Thank you, Mary Joy! Maharlika fund denied by Securities and Exchange
Commission. For the report we have Julia Guidaben, Julia?
JULIA: Yes, Jenn. The Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission has recently
issued a cease and desist order against the Maharlika Agro-Marine Ventures
Corp., the company behind the Maharlika Fund. The Philippines SEC has
ordered MAMV to stop offering investment contracts to the public through its
Maharlika Fund without the necessary registration and approval. The SEC
found that MAMV was not registered to sell securities and did not have a
license to do so. MAMV has been ordered to return the money it received
from investors. The SEC has cautioned the public to be wary of unregistered
entities. The action is aimed at protecting investors and ensuring compliance
with regulations. This is JULIA GUIDABEN for TV coverage 24/7 back to studio!

Anchor 2:
And now, let’d hear the June’s typical weather in the Philippines. Paul can you now please
tell this all about? What weather we are expecting this June?
Reporter 4:
Yes, Jenn. In our country, when temperatures reach as high as 31°C in the month of June,
it is advised to drink water frequently. June in the Philippines is expected to have a lot of
rainy days. That's why you need to bring a waterproof jacket with you. Stay dry this month
because the Philippines should prepare for 15 to 22 days of rain on average. We strongly
advise you to examine the Philippines 14-day weather forecast before traveling there if
you have any plans to visit the country soon. This is JERICHA BANAS for TV Coverage 24/7!
