Overview
In this role you will be closely working with product managers, engineering team and leadership to design and develop front end
oinvestment research management systems. As a Front end developer you would work with designers and backend team to deliver
a functional front end that users would love. Your delivery products will be both mobile and web. You will work in React native
framework to build front end components. While the application MVP shall be through Web application, we intend to introduce
mobile application in the subsequent release. You will set processes for best practices in front end design and do development
efficiently. We are looking for a proven track record of successful front end development, and a effective understanding of front-
end technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities

▪ Lead the front-end development efforts for investment research tech products, defining and implementing best practices in
architecture and code quality.
▪ Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and alignment
between design, front-end, and back-end components.
▪ Develop responsive, performant, and maintainable front-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks such aReact.js,
Vue.js, or Angular.
▪ Provide technical inputs in planning and executing development including front-end development ensuring cross-browser
and cross-platform compatibility.
▪ Optimize front-end performance, applying techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and caching to improve load
times and user experience.
▪ Ensure the implementation of WCAG accessibility standards.
▪ Follow reusable components principles and establishing scalable front-end architecture for future development.
▪ Manage front-end codebase versioning, deployments, and build processes using tools like Git, Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
▪ Mentor and coach junior front-end developers, providing code reviews, architectural guidance, and leadership.
▪ Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure the team leverages best practices and
industry trends.

Prerequisites
▪ Solid technical knowledge in Software Product Engineering.
▪ Experience of consuming RESTFUL APIs.
▪ Knowledge and experience of WCAG accessibility standards.
▪ Strong web technologies experience including HTML5 Javascript, typescript, React, CSS, TDD.
▪ Experience in developing Enterprise Software using Agile Methodology.
▪ Experience of building SaaS applications on the cloud.
▪ Deep understanding in core web and browser concepts

Experience
▪ 3+ yrs of experience in all aspects of front-end development and mastery over modern java based scripting.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a premier institute (Tier 1 preferred)
