1. The applicable terms stated in BMMOA 2024-2025 shall be considered to be incorporated into and to form part of the contract.

2. The Ship’s Articles shall be deemed for all purposes to include the terms of this Contract (including the applicable Collective Agreement) and it shall be the duty of
the Company to ensure that the Ship’s Articles reflect these terms. These terms shall take precedence over all other terms.
3. The Union may vary the terms and conditions of the applicable Collective Agreement from time to time. Terms and conditions as so varied shall form part of this
Contract with effect from the date of the Variation in place of the Terms and Conditions current immediately preceding the Variation.
4. The Seafarer has read; understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of employment as identified in the Collective Agreement and enters into this Contract
freely.
5. Total wages will be applicable from dates sign on to sign off from vessel.
Basic wage and leave pay will be applicable only during days of travel from departure international airport to vessel of home country and from vessel to arrival
international airport of home country.
6. I understand and consent that my personal data will be stored in database(s) of Owner of any vessel which I might be employed; and the managers or agencies;
and any direct or indirect parent or subsidiary or affiliated company of the owner or manager or agency (together referred to as “the Companies” for the purpose of
my current or any future employment arranged by the Companies. This includes use of my e-mail address to receive information from the Companies. Further I
confirm that the above may involve the transfer of my personal data within the organization of the Companies
7. The Managers are responsible for administration of the crew, including as applicable, payroll arrangements, social security contribution and other mandatory dues
related to their employment payable in each Crew member’s country of domicile.
