Practise asking for the other secretaries’ mobile phone numbers and office phone numbers.
(They can also give you the office/university fax number and/or their home phone numbers if
they have them and wish to do so.)
Write the numbers down and check with the others that you have understood correctly!
You should also be prepared to give the other secretaries your phone numbers when they ask you.
