PROJECT REPORT FORMAT

A Project Report must include the following items:

 Front Page (See the format of the Design below)


 internship letter issued by organizations
 Certificate issued by the Organization.
 Certificate by Project Guide of the Institute.
 Acknowledgement
 Declaration

NOTE: The Final Project Report must be submitted in three copies (Hard binding) by every
member of a Project.
PAGE DIMENSIONS AND MARGIN
 The dimensions of the final bound report should be 290mm x 205mm. Standard A4
size (297mm x 210mm) executive bond paper must be used.

 The size of Report should 60 to 80 Pages of typed matter (Excluding Coding).

 The Report (at the time of submission) should have the following page margins:

Top edge : 30 to 35 mm
Bottom edge : 25 to 30mm
Left side : 35 to 40mm
Right side : 20 to 25 mm
 The Report should be prepared on good quality white paper preferably no lower than
80gsm.

 Tables and figures should conform to the margin specifications. Large size figures
should be photographically or otherwise reduced to the appropriate size before
insertion.

BINDING SPECIFICATIONS
 Project report should be hard bound in good quality.

 Color of the binding paper must be Black .


 The cover should be printed in block letters
 The text for printing should be GOLDEN in color.
 Name of the student, batch and title of the project must be printed at the side of the
report, on the cover.

(Title Case, font size 16, Times New Roman, Bold, Left Align)
Sub Heading
(Title Case, font size 14, Times New Roman, Bold, Left Align)
Content Formatting
(Font Size 12, Times New Roman, Spacing 1.5, Justified Alignment)
Numbering of pages should be done in bottom of the pages
