DAILY REFLECTION LOG

Date: May 02, 2022

After 8 hours of teaching work,

1. I realized that Teachers rely on instructional materials in every aspect of

teaching. They need materials for background information on the subject
they are teaching. Young teachers usually have not built up their expertise
whenever they enter into the field.

2. I believe that Instructional materials are primarily a medium for delivery

content; the teacher reiterates and builds on the content. They are tools
that help the teacher in effectively transferring knowledge from the teacher
to the students.

3. I feel that One of the duties of a teacher is to make educational tools that
are helpful and necessary for giving more meaning to the educational
process. It is not enough to just deliver the lesson by just saying it.
Retention on the part of the student will have a low percentage on the total
learning of the student during the whole day of the learning process.

4. When I become a teacher, Creating instructional materials and assessment

tools can help the teachers to be creative and resourceful in man ways,
making use of electronic resources and raw materials that are available. I
wanted to share my experience on making my own instructional materials.

After 8 hours of teaching work,

1. I realized that every educator knows that content knowledge is important in

teaching. In our work, we have treated content knowledge as subject knowledge.
For us, we consider subject knowledge as the knowledge of the subject taught by
a teacher.

2. I believe that content is relevant not only because it is relevant to the actual
situation, but also because it can be effective and key to improving performance
not only in the classroom but also in the workplace.

3. I feel that a introducing ideas using stories, dramas, humor, demonstrations,

media, simulations, or role-playing can seize opportunities to quickly attract
students, and by presenting conflicting ideas, their at a deeper cognitive level.

4. When I become a teacher, Showing students how a topic is used on a daily

basis by "actual" people gives it fresh meaning. They may never be enthralled by
algebra, but if they realize how it pertains to them, they may be inspired to study
diligently.

After 8 hours of teaching work,

1. I realized that lesson planning is important in many ways for both learners and
teachers. Lesson plans serve as a guide for teachers to efficiently teach the same
subject and topic for presentations.

2. I believe that Students, like everyone else, require inspiration, especially given
its favorable benefits on goal achievement. Make learning more enjoyable and
challenging for your pupils in ways that will benefit their personal and academic
growth.

3. I feel that Teachers rarely come into contact with the same type of student
across the board; rather, the types are diverse. They can now easily meet
someone with strong ambition and provide them with sound advise.

4. When I become a teacher, in every class I have, I always make sure to have a
lesson plan for me to be guided and be organize in discussing my lesson. I will be
guided by a time limit reserved for each individual activity completed throughout
the lesson.

After 8 hours of teaching work,

1. I realized that People are a part of society, and students are an important part
of it. Students cannot live completely isolated from community life. Even students
inevitably have connections with other people who form a society together.

2. I believe that Students play an important role in society and how a society is
formed from generation to generation. The formative stage of an individual is
during the student period and hence, it is known to be the critical period of life.

3. I feel that Be an example to your child and he or she will ensure that he or she
meets your expectations for tomorrow. When each family sets an example, that
family will grow in society and thus in the nation.

4. When I become a teacher, I will place a premium on intrinsic motivation.

Motivation, as we all know, is essential for motivating students. A passion for the
subject or a desire to challenge themselves are examples of this type of
motivation.

After 8 hours of teaching work,

1. I realized that Teachers have a lot of knowledge about everything, especially in

their area of expertise. Good teachers continuously expand their knowledge and
give good answers to their students.

2. I believe that Acting as a strict teacher in the classroom, as soon as you leave
the classroom, you act like a kind-hearted friend, make jokes, share spaces, and
have fun with us. Children begin to emphasize the world around them

3. I feel that As a teacher, you are known as the second parent or second
mother of every child. So as a mother and an intern teacher, I spent my
whole heart treating them as my own children even in simple ways to the
best I could. That’s why, I really hate saying “Goodbyes”.

4. When I become a teacher, I should always try to improve my teaching skills. I

should give regular homework and check it often. Student activity must be
properly stimulated and directed.
