1 Physiological development
- refers to the physical changes in the body as
well as the senses and changes of skills.
> rapid growth
> hair growth
> muscles modification
Feelings
- is your conscious awareness of the emotion itself.
- are reactions to emotions and are subjective and influenced by experience,
beliefs and memories.
Emotions
- is a physiological experience ( state of awareness) that gives you information
about the world.
- these are responses that generate biochemical reactions in our bodies,
changing the physical state.
3. Cognitive development
- refers to a person's intellectual abilities as shown in
his/her thoughts, attitudes, beliefs, and values.
- the development of one's mental abilities affects how
one makes decision, solve problems, remember
details.
The key, therefore, is in the positive
interpretation of things.
4. Social development
- it is about our inborn capacity to relate to others, to
connect, and to feel belongingness.
- such experiences in life could affect one's self-
concept and predisposition toward other people.
Behavior
- is a manifestation o acting out of the attitudes sn
individual has

- is defined as discovering oneself,beyond the ego known as
the soul, spirit or the inner essence that is often regarded or
